Tied hands and you're falling apart.
Nothing you do would make it
All is black and you're shushing you heart
"Work!"Says the world, and you fake it.
Want to shout and dying to scream?
Slam the fake smile on your face
Pretend to be the best of you,
"Dunk your head in the stream of success!"
"Wash the dreamy decorations i your head!
What you want does not matter.
Become what they say,
It is what has always happened and happens still"
"No time for life! You are too busy!
And you are, because you have to be!"
"Don't you dare, dont do it your way!
You will be wrong." that's all they say.
For once just listen to the history,
They can't predict your future its always been a mystery.
Nobody walked your road, nobody knows its end.
You're alone on your path, plenty of chances to mend.
Put in your heart in what you really can.
Put your shoes on for a journey from you to yourself.
Path will be easy when you love the journey everyday,
Because the road most chosen isn't the only way.
