♠️HEALTH AND NUTRITION AMONG YOUTH IN TODAY'S LIFESTYLE♠️

Today's youth are life full of opportunities, smart work, hectic lifestyle, following passion and of course complaining about the stressful journey, unavailability of time and perfectly balancing things even when ranting. Looks like the youth have super powers.
Though the youth run around nonstop, we do run around to keep us fit and healthy. Gym is a favorite and most essential activity to most, while other resort to other things like dance, sports, cycling, yoga, swimming and many more.
These activities not just keep you physically fit and healthy, it also makes you concentrate and builds your confidence and determination.
If you aren't into any of these, I suggest you get your routine started with any of physical exercise. It helps in blood flow, takes off your tension, calms your nerves and keeps you active al day long, helping you to stay healthy and with no complication, helps you kick out negativity, giving you the 'you time' and completely changing the perspective you see yourself and how others see you. You become a more responsible person, who takes care of yourself and a stronger person who is healthy and glowing.
Music, painting and reading also keeps you in good health, increases your concentration, burning the calories and helping your system to consume more oxygen.SLEEP, is another important aspect where everybody fails in recent times. Insomnia, odd working hours, night shifts just adds on to the stress. A good sleep is essential to keep your health and life on tract. A good 8 hour of sleep is what I recommend, this is the time you need to relax yourself properly.
Food habits is one thing the youth of today are constantly chided on, but what people don't realize is that the youth are very health conscious (we shouldn't mention about the youth skipping a meal and feasting on their favorite pizza or chicken dishes like they've started for an entire week). Though the young people crave junk and outside food, they aren't totally reckless, balancing is one skill which is inborn.
Though the youth aren't as strong as our ancestors used to be, they are becoming more health conscious compared to the previous generation.
There is actually a list a food the youngsters have made their favorite which is healthy and tasty too.
1. DRY FRUITS, DATES AND NUTS
Rich source of vitamins, omega, essential fatty acids, increases HB count, repairs damaged cells, boosts immunity, helps fighting cancer, aids weight loss, fights constipation, helps rejuvenate skin, healthy heart, fights depression and anxiety and strengthens bones.
A bowl of dry fruits and nuts is a good supplement for a healthy breakfast, its not just tasty but healthy too.2. WATER
You need this to live. Drink as much water as you can before it gets costly and scare, save your life and the others.3. WHITE PUMPKIN
Lowers cholesterol, anti-depressant, anti-inflammatory, boosts immunity, treats peptic ulcer, vitamin K and C, minerals like Cu, K, etc.4. COFFEE
Isn't the word just enough to give you an amazing feel?
Rich in antioxidants which is a must needed beverage to kick start your morning. Rich in vits B5, B2, B3, B1. It also helps in relaxing your mind, lowers type 2 diabetes, good for liver as well.5. APPLE
An apple a day keeps a doctor away.
Guava is the poor man's apple.
These fruits have fiber, vitamins, folic acid.
Apple cider vinegar is an alternative which works wonders- it fights acne, good for your hair, overall health, prevents calcification and increases potassium.6. MILK
Strengthens bones, still a favorite to many 90's kids, rich in calcium.7. YOGURT
Flavored yogurt is the trend, tasty and beneficial, giving you good bacteria and keeping your stomach in good health.8. DARK CHOCOLATE

Low fat, high proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins B2 and D, calcium, iron, zinc, iodine, magnesium and potassium.Your physical health is important, staying fit which involves a lot of efforts and dedication really pays off, when you physically take care of your self with dedication, concentration and devotion it also reflects on your mental health, keeping you healthy in and out. You not just burn calories but also negativity. The oxygen intake during exertion lets your blood flow to your brain, flushing out the toxic and also helps in your mental health being strong as it increases your focus on your GOAL. The same when being practiced and applied in your everyday life, you become a better person and a healthier person.
You know your body well and you know what your body wants and how far it can be put to trials and tests. Workout in all craziness, eat with all your heart and stomach, follow your routine, be truthful to your cheat day, go completely sugary when you need (may be once in a month), stick on to your chart.
EAT NUTRITIOUS. AVOID JUNK. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. EXERCISE. SLEEP WELL. SLEEP PEACEFULLY. BURN THE CALORIES AND THE NEGATIVITY. LIVE IN HARMONY WITH THE NATURE, LIFE WILL BE HARMONIOUS.
