Chapter 6

As I turned off my alarm I checked what day it is today.. Oh my it's Friday. I'm hanging out with Ramin today. I quickly got ready for school, I went down to eat breakfast to see everyone at the table smiling at me. "Okay. What's the occasion and why are you all looking at me like that?" I asked them. "Sierra, you can't forget what today is..." Allegra said. "It's Friday Sierra, you are going with a friend after a long time." Summer said. "Oh yeah.. about that." I said looking at my dad. "What is it Sierra?" My dad asked. "Ummmm.. Ramin thought it would be more proper to meet you before I help him. I don't really know why he wants to do that. So please don't bombard him with questions. And that goes for everyone." I said my dad nodded his head and everyone smiled. "Let's eat now so that you won't be late for school." My mom said I grabbed my smoothie from the fridge and put it in my school bag and ate my breakfast with my sisters then got in the car before mom opened the door they both whispered "Rierra."

"I'm not death you know." I said to them and then my mom dropped me off at school Ramin was waiting for me and I got out the car my sisters were making kissy faces "shut up" I told them then went to him "Hey how are you?"

 "I'm good, thanks for asking." I replied "So let's go?" He said. "What's our first subject again? I asked him as we entered the campus. "It's English." he said "Oh gosh! I could fall asleep in class. We talk about Shakespeare too much." I said resting my head on his shoulder. I saw some girls walking by and started whispering to each other. I quickly moved and asked him. "What was that about? I mean those girls." 

 "There probably just jealous every girl here likes either me or Tam it's kinda a pain so their probably just assuming but I'll shut anything down if rumors start." he said "Thanks Ramin that's really kind of you." I told him as we took our seats in English class today we were reading the balcony scene from Romeo and Juliet so we did and it was so predictable then we did our test papers and handed them in "I aced that." he told me "Umm that's only because you copied my answers now come onnnn we're gonna be late to umm what's our next lesson again?" I asked him seeing more girls whispering

"Can't a girl and boy just be friends." I said and rolled my eyes. "Who said we were friends." He said which offended me. "Oh! Okay then Mr. Karimloo." I started walking away "I'm just joking Sierra." He said which I ignored. I just kept walking straight. I saw Hadley so I went to him instead. "Hey Hadley!" I said resting my arm on his shoulder. "Hi Sierra!"

 "Come on, let's both ignore Ramin. He just said we weren't friends." I said and he nodded his head. Ramin caught up to us. "Hey guys!" He said. "Do you want to sit beside me Sierra?" Hadley said. "Yeah of course." I replied and we both walked away from him. Ramin sat down to the seat to the left of me which was free and me him and Hadley just burst out into laughter "Real funny Sie." he said I was dying of laughter then I stopped noticing that people kept looking at me and then talking "Ramin I think something had been said about me like twenty people made direct eye contact with me and then started talking with their friends." I said "It will be gone by the end of the day don't worry." he stood up and yelled "Hey!" everyone went silent I was scared "At the end of the day Starbucks are giving away a fifty dollar gift card to their first customer after three." and the chat started back up the rumor about he had just vanished all everyone was talking about Starbucks.

"Wow, what a good way to end a rumor by telling a lie. Well done." I said. "You're not ignoring me anymore?" He said. "I'll ignore you for this subject. I'm still disappointed in you." I said and looked straight ahead resting my chin on my hand. "Sierra, you can't ignore me that long. We have homework to finish later." He said "Oh yeah, but that's still later." I said and started talking to Hadley about random things. Lunch was over "I only have to ignore you for another hour then we can be friends again" I said to Ramin which made him smile "Good." he said and we walked to maths together god I hated maths it was so boring and passed slower since I was 'ignoring' ramin when the lesson had finally ended I went back up to him "Hey I'm back now what lesson awaits us now then?" I asked "You have the worst memory." he giggled and we went off to our last lesson of the day Musical Theatre of course. We entered the room to see everyone with their pairs in different parts of the room. So we went to the last vacant spot. Our drama teacher started saying that we have to find a song from a musical which we have to both sing and act. That we will be discussing more about soon it was just a heads up. We just had a short discussion of the criteria then we were dismissed. We stood up and I rested my head on my arm which I placed on his shoulder. "This sucks." I said "What do you mean?" He asked "Now we have to practice a song and act it out soon you dummy." I playfully slapped his arm.

The trouble is we didn't know what to sing.
