Chapter 39

I woke up the next morning and somehow they had gotten worse and more purple so I covered them twice and put setting spray on so they would last the day I threw on one of ramins jumpers which covered the ones on my stomach and some jeans then went downstairs for breakfast "morning everyone" I said putting two pancakes on my plate and eating them as fast as possible I got my bag ready and prayed that it wouldn't rain today and blow my cover "Bye family!" I said and walked to school. 

Throughout the school year I discovered that walking to school is actually fun. You get to see your surroundings, get some fresh air and sometimes even reflect on life. I arrived at school and saw Hadley and Mandy. "Hey guys!" I greeted "hi Sierra!" Hadley said and Mandy waved her hand appearing to be tired so I didn't mind it. "So how are you guys?" I asked. "I'm doing great, Sierra thanks for asking" Mandy said. "I feel the same so nothing is new." He said cheerfully. We talked for a few more minutes then I felt two arms around my waist picking me up and twirling me around I squealed as he set me down on the floor "morning angel" he said then kissed my head "morning" I exclaimed the other two just looked at us "what" I said to both of them "nothing it doesn't matter" they both said as they walked off "how are they" he asked "they're worse than when I first got them but they should fade and you can't see them so I'll be ok unless it rains" and he smiled "and mr where's my morning kiss" I asked and stood on my tip toes and the pecked me on the lips and we walked to our first class together

English was our first subject, so it's like kinda boring. But I don't know how or why I got the encouragement to stay awake. We got on our seats and waited for class to start. Our teacher got in and taught us a new lesson. What was very surprising is that I was actually taking notes. Ramin looked at me like I was crazy but I was having fun taking notes. "Sierra are you okay?" He asked while putting his hand on my shoulder. "Yeah I am, why?" I asked looking at him for a while then looking at my notebook. "You don't usually take notes so why are you taking notes now?" He asked and I shrugged. "I guess I was just in the mood for it." I said as the bell rang. Then we headed off to our next class which was maths again. I was feeling quite motivated and began taking notes. I felt like a crazy woman. I hate maths. 

"Sierra are you sure you're ok?" Ramin asked once again " yeah I'm just full of energy today" I said Scribbling notes down in my book we were learning something about triangles and how to find the hypotenuse but I felt happy in maths class math class !! Somethings not right with me why was I so happy I didn't like English or math heck they were the two I didn't like at all so why was I suddenly interested in them then I looked at my note book and saw I hadn't been taking notes at all I'd just been writing ramins name with love Hearts around them and "Sie, can I see your notes?" He asked but I was embarrassed that he would see it. "Why?" I asked him. "Because I didn't take notes in class." He said as an excuse. "As if you take notes in class." I said "Well, you didn't until now and you seem interested in English and Math. Which isn't like you." He said with a concerned tone. "I just got interested in the lesson today okay." I said hugging my notebook. 

"Then why can't I see it." He asked, trying to get it from me. "Because it's private information." I said "But sie I don't wanna fail" he said successfully getting the notebook off me I buried my head in my arms not wanting to see his reaction as he flicked through pages and pages of his name with love hearts dotting the I s in his name I heard him flick through them and then gently tap me with the notebook " you really can make yourself so much more adorable can't you" he said handing it back to me as I blushed "I guess if you call it adorable I'd call it strange" I told him "sie we've been dating for eight months believe me that is super duper adorable" he said and the class ended so we got up and left the room

Last morning class for the day was Chemistry. So we walked in and as I expected I was kinda interested but not really. I was just doodling in my notebook with Ramin occasionally checking what I have drawn and written. We had a discussion for the whole class, if this was a normal day I would have fallen asleep already. But I was too busy drawing and writing random stuff. The bell finally rang indicating that it was already lunch time. We walked to the cafeteria and waited for the others at our table.

They came shortly after we sat down together "hello rierra" Hadley called out "rierra?" We both questioned at the exact same time in unison making the same face "it's your ship name you know when two people are dating so you merge their names to make one couple name" he told us I understood what he was on about but ramin was clueless and Mandy she was dying of laughter "Ram it's our names put together and that's our couple name it's not that hard to understand" I told him and joined Mandy laughing now "you should have seen your faces when h Hadley said that" the stuttered out wiping tears from her eyes We saw people walking in front of us and whispering. "What are they whispering about now?" I asked them. "They're probably the ones who heard the ship name." Hadley said. "Wait, did you guys make the ship name?" I asked and they both shook their heads. "Then who did?" Ramin questioned. "I don't know we just heard a few people say it on the hallway when you two were walking." Mandy said then we started eating our lunch as per usual ramin drank half my smoothie and I stole half his food so we called it evens for today we heard more people talking about our ship name I'm just glad they hadn't figured out that we'd done it because rumors spread like wildfire in this school I'd just finished the rest of my smoothie when the bell rang for next period which was physics honestly today sucked because after that we had biology as if that wasn't awkward enough

"I'm tired" I said resting my head on his shoulder as soon as physics ended. "Oh and I'm spending time with my family today because they said I spend too much time with you. Is that okay?" I asked him. "Yeah it's good, I think my parents want to talk to me too." He said then we both walked to our locker we stayed there for a while I moved as slow as possible so that the little time we had together was made longer by a few seconds I finished and closed the locker door and we walked out of the school hand in hand I saw our parents cars one the sidewalk far from each other "love you Angel see you tomorrow I'll try call if I can" he said taking my waist and kissing me "by ram love you" I said as I walked over to my moms car and got strapped in and she set off home.

I wondered what they wanted to talk to me about they couldn't know could they? It's just like a family night so hopefully they won't lecture me on anything. They didn't scold me for going out with him too much so I guess they are not mad. 

"Hey mom" I called "Yes Sierra?" She asked. "What are we doing today?" I asked. "I think it was family dinner then maybe watch a movie once you guys finish your homework." She said okay so they weren't going to talk to me that's good. "Okay mom, I just have this one English homework. I'll try to do it quickly." I said "good." She said with a smile. We arrived at our house then got in to see everyone gathered in the living room. Everyone except me this was almost never a good sign the last time this happened was when I don't really want to think about the last time we were all like this I was a new Sierra my past was behind me I only had the future to look forward too but my stomach dropped as my dad told me to take a seat "so what's going on" I asked everyone I was kinda perky which threw off the energy in the room I felt like something bad was gonna happen and I knew my gut was always right.
