CHAPTER 8 - DORM

CELINA Renard Academy of Magic or CRAM for short. Ito daw ay isang school na itinayo noong unang panahon ng isang makapangyarihan na witch na si Celina Renard.

Sabi ni Mason, far descendant daw ako ng dark demon witch na si Gresilda, but technically, descendant din ako ng founder ng school.

Mga dalawang buwan lang daw ang klase sa CRAM. Random daw ang edad kung kailan unang lumalabas ang first magical power ng isang witch or wizard. Once your power appeared, you can be enrolled in CRAM. Kaya ang mga first year students ay combination ng mga bata at may edad ng estudyante.

"This is called the Aquamarine Castle," sabi ni Mason pagpasok namin ng CRAM castle.

"Bakit Aquamarine? Hindi naman color blue at wala naman din water dito sa loob."

Sa labas, mukha itong makalumang medieval castle, pero kakaiba ang loob. Para akong nasa loob ng isang grand office building. All white ang design ng loob at napakarami na glasses. Mula dito sa loob, kita ko ang lawn ng castle dahil ang mga walls at doors ay parang mga transparent glass.

"This was created by Celina Renard using the Aquamarine medallion. You will know about her sa iyong history class."

"Mason, may tanong ako."

"Professor Mason," he said with emphasis in his name.

"Professor Mason, you literally kidnapped me in our school. Hindi naman sa nagrereklamo ako pero heads up lang ah? Mag-aalala ang mga friends at ang mga kasama ko sa bahay."

"I already spoke to Manong Ricardo at Manang Mercy. I told them that I will enroll you to an international school in Denmark in preparation for your masterals. I already coordinated with your principal so you don't need to worry."

"At pumayag sila? Hello? Siguro nga pogi ka pero hindi ka naman nila kilala."

"I can compel and command humans, but there is a limitation with this power. I can't compel a human if this will harm them. For example, I can't ask someone to commit suicide," paliwanag ni Mason.

Pumasok kami sa isang all-glass elevator at tumango lang ako sa kanya. Umakyat ang elevator at tanaw ko ang series of floors made of glass.

Parang may illusion ang castle na luma sa labas pero ultra modern sa loob.

"May Wi-Fi signal ba dito? Gusto ko sana maka-usap sila---"

"You are forbidden to have contact with the outside world, pero dahil malakas ka sa akin, we will find a way to get in touch with your family. First, let me introduce you to your roommates," sabi ni Mason at hinila ko pababa sa 28th Floor.

"Ilan floors lahat ang CRAM school?" tanong ko habang naglalakad kami sa corridor.

"The first twenty five floors serve as the school premise. The next ten floors are the dormitory rooms of students. That is all you need to know now."

Kumatok si Mason sa pinto at isang lalaking matangkad ang sumalubong sa amin. Matikas ang katawan pero nakapilantik ang mga daliri. Tingin ko ay nasa mid-twenties na ito.

"My beloved professor, welcome to our abode," sabi ng lalaki sabay bow na parang isang royalty si Mason.

"Thank you, Xyder," maikling sagot ni Mason at hinila ko papasok sa loob ng isang malawak na living room.

Mukhang hindi ito isang dormitory, mukhang isang pang mayaman ng living room dahil may fireplace at may crystal chandeliers pa. Bukod sa amin ni Mason, may apat na estudyante ang nasa loob ng malawak na living room.

"This is Hailey Shade Diaz. You can call her Hailey or Shade. She will be your new room mate during school days, but she will stay with me every weekend," pakilala sa akin ni Mason.

"Make way to the most handsome man in this academy, next to Professor Mason," sabi ng isa pang lalaki na lumapit sa amin.

Tinitigan ko ang lalake na mukhang ka-edad ko lang. Napansin ko na medyo may hawig sila ni Mason. Hindi maikakaila na magkamag anak sila.

"I am Thaddeus Levine Cloud Elizalde. You can call me Thade, you can call me Cloud or just plain TLC. I am a third year student of CRAM and the current Lakan," pakilala niya sa akin.

"Lakatan? Like the saging?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Lakan. A supernatural hunter of dark evil creatures. I kill evil beings for fun."

Bigla akong napatingin kay Mason dahil sa sinabi ni Thade. Kung tama si Mason, I am considered an evil being dahil may dugo ako ng demon witch. Mason just smiled at me as if telling me not to worry about it.

"Hi, Hailey. I am Rayah Evans, the current Punong Babaylan. I am powerful, gorgeous and slutty, but I am here to help you, dear," sabi ng isang babae na may brown na buhok.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang Punong Babaylan, pero perfect ang description niya sa sarili niya. She is tall and gorgeous. She looks slutty and yet sophisticated. Kung may makakasalubong na lalaki si Rayah, sigurado ako na mapapatingin sa kanya.

This girl can be a sexy magazine model.

"This pretty boy is Thade Elizalde, my second cousin. He is smart and a smart ass, that is all you need to know," dagdag ni Rayah sabay turo sa lalaking si Thade.

"This Xyder Roa, my partner in crime and my beshie for life. Kami ni Xyder ang senior students dito sa dormitory room. We will be your guide to the righteous path," maarte na sabi ni Rayah sabay turo kay Xyder.

"And lastly, this is Maiko Razon. Another newbie just like you. Both of you are in good hands. Kami ni Xyder ang best of the best senior students dito sa CRAM. Plus include the mighty Thade Elizalde, I think you should do fine with battle magic. Hindi kayo mamamatay agad," dagdag ni Rayah sabay halakhak na parang isang evil witch.

"B-battle magic?" takot na tanong ni Maiko.

"Besh, you are scaring the newbies. Mawawalan tayo ng toys!" sabi ni Xyder na sumabay sa halakhak ni Rayah.

Mukha silang mga kontra-bida sa pelikula. Isang beki wizard at isang sexy witch. I guess I am in the right circle as I am an evil witch.
