MY name is Rayah Andreya Evans and I am currently the Punong Babaylan.

My grandmother Julia Maddison Elizalde-Garcia was the former Punong Babaylan. I inherited this title as I am the oldest among her grandchildren.

My name came from Reyna Araya, the mother of Prinsipe Isagani, and from Andreya, the only daughter of Magawen and Silawin. They are my ancestors during the pre-Spanish period.

It is said that if you know how to wield magic at a young age, you are considered as a talented wizard or witch. In my case and in Thade's case, we only experienced our power when we were in our early twenties.

I guess it has something to do with our grandparents. They only passed down their title to us when we were about to graduate in college.

"Pinapunta mo daw ako dito?" tanong ko kay Kent pagpasok ko sa classroom niya.

Professor Kent Doherty. He is a nerd when it comes to creating potion and magical tools, but he is a damn good looking nerd.

"Hi, Andreya. Come inside. Let me discuss my new potions---"

"I told you to call me Rayah. Stop calling me Andreya!"

"Are we going to argue just because of your name? Come in! Or would you like me to spank that lovely ass of yours, Andreya."

Wala akong nagawa kundi pumasok sa loob ng classroom at padabog kong isinara ang pinto.

Karaniwan sa mga classrooms dito sa CRAM ay naka-pattern sa mga modern rooms ng mga private universities. Ang classroom ni Kent ay parang isang science laboratory na maraming equipments tulad ng mga burner, beakers at sandamakmak ng glass vials.

"Why do you need my help?"

"I want you to disperse this potion in a form of an aerosol," sabi ni Kent sabay bigay sa akin ng isang beaker glass na may laman na blue potion.

"Are you sure it will not kill us?"

"I am sure it will not kill me. I am already dead when you left me."

"Ako pa ang nang-iwan? Sino kaya ang nakipag balikan sa ex-girlfriend niyang French Fries?"

"How many times do I have to tell you that she was an ex!"

"You don't kiss ex-girlfriends, Kent! Kung hindi pa ko bumalik sa bahay mo, baka na uwi na kayo sa kama! Tama nga si Uncle Mason, you are indeed a pussy! You did not even contact me to explain what happened?"

"But I never loved anyone, Andreya! It will always be you. How about you? You are flirting with Xadrian? You are even stalking him?"

"So it is about Xadrian now? This should be about you and me and your sorry ass!"

"I am glad you miss my ass."

"Oh shut up, Kent---"

Napatigil ako sa pagsasalita nang mapansin ko si Uncle Mason at si Hailey na nasa pinto. Hindi ko alam na pumasok na sila. Siguro dala ng matinding away namin ni Kent.

Yes, may past kami ni Kent. Tulad nga ng madalas na sabi ni Uncle Mason, deal with it.

"The royal couple of darkness is here. Let us begin. Andreya, would you be so kind and try to create an invisibility and concealment barrier around this lab?"

Tumango lang ako sa kanya. Alam ni Uncle Mason na nagkaroon kami ng relasyon ni Kent noong hindi pa ko pumapasok sa CRAM. Alam niya din na hindi maganda ang paghihiwalay ng landas namin. Bukod kay Thade, si Kent ang pinagkakatiwalaan niya dito sa school.

"This potion will detect any use of dark magic in the school even if there is a concealment spell casted in the area. The liquid droplets will remain in the air and will be converted to black clouds if there are any traces of dark magic," sabi ni Kent at ibinigay sa akin ang glass beaker.

I tried to use the Air Elemental magic to disperse the liquid into the air inside the laboratory room. Within seconds, nimbus-like clouds appeared on top of Hailey Shade's head.

"There you go. Dark Magic user detected. This potion will render the nullification magic useless," sabi ni Kent sabay turo sa ulo ni Haileyshade.

"It means all students who are using nullification magic and concealment magic to hide their Dark Magic practice will be revealed by this potion. Tama ba?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"That is right. But the effect of this potion can only be seen by the four of us. Hailey Shade will be put in grave danger if they found out that she has Dark Magic."

Ilang linggo ko pa lang kasama si Hailey ay napalapit na ako dito. Isa ako sa mga nakakaalam ng kanyang sikreto. Hindi naman niya ginusto na magkaroon ng Dark Magic. She just inherited these wicked powers from his demon warlock father and from her connection with Gresilda.

I feel sad for her as I have an idea how exactly this will end. But I feel sorry more for Uncle Mason.

Kahit hindi niya sabihin, naging importante na si Hailey sa kanya. Ilang taon niyang sinubaybayan ito sa malayo bago dalhin dito sa CRAM.

Hindi na ako magugulat kung mahal niya ito.
