CHAPTER 34 - SUGGESTION

POV MASON

I AM just trying to prolong the agony, but sooner or later, I need to face that truth. I need to accept that Hailey Shade will disappear on the face of the earth.

"I am not kidding, Mason. Seryoso ko!"

"Your parents are Guardians, right? They know how to use Light Magic. But since they are Guardians, they cannot meddle with human affairs. It means they cannot directly heal me. Tama ba?"

Hailey Shade pouted her lips and pointed down between my thighs.

"I can assure you, it is properly functioning. But I am quite sure that I am not capable of being a father. Teka, why are you even suggesting this ridiculous idea? This is absurd."

"Mason, my suggestion makes sense. We can at least try."

"At anong gusto mong sabihin ko sa Provost? That I will fuck you to test if my parents power will be transferred to our kid?"

"Well, you can use make love instead of fuck. We will not tell him about the details. It is just between you and me."

Hailey Shade tried to unbutton my inside shirt, but I swiftly stopped her hand.

I can feel her hand travelling from my chest to my stomach. I quickly stopped her hand before she was able to reach her aim.

"I told you to read the books. Another symptom of Dark Magic is too much libido. Insatiable hunger for sex."

Napatigil si Hailey sa sinabi ko. Mukhang natauhan siya sa kalokohan niya.

She rolled on the side of the bed, but she still hugged me. I guess she is desperate that she will try everything, even this preposterous idea of making out with me.

"If you are willing to try my suggestion, just let me know," bulong niya sa akin na tila pinapakinggan ang tibok ng puso ko.

"Maybe after you graduate. Graduation gift?"

"Baka break na tayo pagdating ng graduation ko. Baka may new boyfriend na ako during that time. Zalc Ferrero, my hot classmate is definitely my type."

Tumawa lang din si Hailey dahil ginaya ko lang ang sinabi niya kanina. If only my parents are here, they probably know what to do.

Tumango lang ako sa kanya. Hindi niya alam na nakikita ko siya tuwing gabi na umiiyak. Siguro ay mababawasan ang gabi na umiiyak siya kung katabi niya ako.

Hinila ako ni Hailey patayo sa kama at niyaya niya ko sa kusina. Ipagluluto daw niya ako ng pagkain tulad ng ginagawa ng isang girlfriend.

If worse comes to worst, if there is no other way to resolve this issue, I might as well try her suggestion. It is not a bad suggestion after all.
