CHAPTER 77 - STRAWBERRY

Before we agreed to Mason's daredevil plan, we consulted our Big Boss. We usually call him Boss Hades or Optimus Prime most of the time as we do not know his real name. He agreed to our plans, but warned us that there might be surprising repercussions.

When I woke up in our old house, I guess he was referring to this.

"Sage? Bakit ka nandito?" tanong ni Rei na pumasok sa pinto ng aming kwarto.

"Babe? You are also here? Akala ko ako lang mag-isa ang napunta dito---"

Napatigil ako sa pagsasalita nang makita ko ang naka-umbok na tiyan ni Rei. Kahit ang mukha niya ay chubby din. Mukhang napunta ako sa panahon kung kailan buntis siya sa aming mga anak.

"Akala ko kasama mo si Matt sa Greece? Kaka-message mo lang sa akin na malapit na kayo mag landing. Paano ka napunta dito?"

"Mahirap ipaliwanag, pero hindi ako si Sage. I mean, ako ang asawa mo, pero hindi ang current mong asawa. Fuck! How do I explain this?" sabi ko sabay hawak sa ulo ko.

"Bakit ka nandito, Sage? Huwag mo sabihin na-missed mo ko?"

Rei slowly walked towards me using her seductive strut. I can clearly remember my wife when she was pregnant.

"Bakit ka nga bumalik? You can't get enough of me?" tanong ni Rei na biglang umupo sa binti ko at yumakap sa akin habang nakaupo ako sa dulo ng kama.

Rei pushed me on the bed and straddled on top of me. She slowly removed her clothes and this sight is still breathtaking even after so many years.

"I would love to make love to you and kiss every part of your fantastic body, but I need to know why I am here. My wife, your future version, may be in danger."

"Your future wife?"

"Hey babe, ikaw din ang tinutukoy ko. I told you, I came from the future---"

Biglang tumayo si Rei at nagsimulang magbihis. Sigurado na nagtatampo ito sa akin. As much as I want to spend my time having a quickie with my pregnant wife, the real Reichel Elizalde may be in danger in some world.

"Nagpapatawa ka ba, Sage? Wala kang kapangyarihan ng Lakan. Wala din akong kapangyarihan ng Punong Babaylan. At ngayon sasabihin mo na nagmula ka sa future? Hahaha! Funny!" inis na sabi niya at lumabas ng kwarto.

Sinundan ko siya para magpaliwanag, pero naputol ang usapan namin ng tumunog ang doorbell.

"Mag-usap tayo mamaya, Sage Elizalde. Hindi ko gusto ang tabas ng bibig mo!"

"Babe, I am sorry. Please hear me out---"

"To be continued tayo mamaya, Sage Elizalde! Nandiyan na si Sir Rusty. Nagpadala ako sa kanya ng maraming strawberries. Hindi ka pwedeng humingi!"

Ilang sandali pa ay dumating na si Rusty. May dala siyang ilang basket ng strawberries na mula pa ata sa Baguio City.

"Salamat, Sir Rusty. Buti ka pa ang thoughtful mo. Yong iba diyan, kups!"

Tumingin lang sa akin si Rusty na parang nagtatanong kung anong pinag-awayan namin. It is good to see him alive again.

"Sage, I thought you were in Greece? Why are you here? Akala ko inaasikaso mo ang susunod na kasal niyo sa Greece?" tanong ni Rusty habang nasa living room kami.

"The real Sage Elizalde is in Santorini. I am the Sage Elizalde from the future. My wife does not believe me. Why don't you call Sage right now," utos ko sa kanya.

Sumunod naman si Rusty at wala pang isang minuto ay tumango ito sa akin.

"Sage and Matthias just landed in Santorini International Airport," pagkumpirma ni Rusty.

Ipinaliwanag ko ng mabilis sa kanilang dalawa na nagkaroon ng time and space anomaly sa future at napunta ako dito mag-isa. Hindi ko na lang binanggit kay Rei ang tungkol kay Mason at sa pagiging Guardian namin dahil unlimited questions na naman ang mangyayari.

"So ang future husband ko ay hindi na horny? Hindi na active ang pet niya?"

"Believe me, it is still hyperactive. And you are still screaming for more---"

Bigla nahagip ng mata ko ang dalang transparent briefcase ni Rusty. May laman itong tila mga lumang libro.

"Rusty, what's inside the case?"

"Some old books from the old Elizalde mansion. Mga libro ng lolo ko na si Rusencio Elizalde. Just some books about a mystical witch coven called Razenstein Coven."

Razenstein Coven. This is certainly the reason why I was routed to this time.

Damn it! Optimus Prime is playing with us!

"Razenstein Coven? The group of dark witches who want to revive Jezebel?"

"Jezebel is the wife of Ahab, but their main purpose is to bring the demon Ahabaddon back to life."

"The ancient demon Ahabaddon? I heard rumors that aside from the four demon generals, there is another powerful demon named Ahabaddon, the Ultimate Destroyer. But he is trapped in the abyss. He is not dead."

"Sage, it seems that this coven wants to free him from his prison. I just don't know how they can do it. No one in this world knows where the hell is Ahabaddon."

"I think the ice cream-addict demon knows more about him. Rusty, call Matthias in secret and ask where on earth Abraxas is. He has a reliable tech team who can easily find Abraxas. I just need to talk to him. He may be the key as to why I was routed to this time."

"If you are going to talk to Abraxas, sasama ako! Paano kung paraan ito ni Lilith para kunin ka muli?"

"Babe, I know that you are worried, but I can assure you that Lilith is dead. Hindi natin alam kung nasaan lupalop si Abraxas."

"Believe me, nandito siya sa Pinas. He is still attached to his demon king. Hindi ba last month ay nakita natin siya sa bagong bukas na ice cream parlor?"

Reichel is right. Abraxas may be a demon general of Lilith, but he was tasked by the Guardian Scribe Gideon to somehow look after me. Even if I am no longer the demon king, this demon general lurks in the shadows to ensure that my family is protected.
