RACHAEL: (wakes up)
MICHAEL: (smiles softly) Good morning sunshine.
RACHAEL: (smiles) Morning!
MICHAEL: Wanna go get some breakfast before rehearsal?
RACHAEL: Sure! (both get up)
280: INT. CAFÉ DAY
MICHAEL: So what songs are you doing tonight?
RACHAEL: Probably same as last night with a mix from each album.
MICHAEL: I like that idea, plus if you run out of material you always have some of those songs you recorded but turned down from your first two albums.
RACHAEL: That's true. I mean, they weren't terrible songs, they just didn't suit me.
MICHAEL: There's nothing wrong with that, I have songs I've turned down too. Oh, that reminds me, I gotta head to the studio after the show tonight with Prince, we're both recording more stuff for our albums.
RACHAEL: That's fine. Why don't you Prince Jr. with you? He'd love some time with Daddy!
MICHAEL: You know what? That's a great idea!
RACHAEL: (chuckles)
MICHAEL: (checks his watch) We'd better go, it's almost time for rehearsal.
281: INT. REHEARSAL STUDIO DAY
Rachael goes over the setlist
RACHAEL: (comes in with Michael)
PRINCE: Rach, I'm glad you're here. I made up your setlist for tonight.
RACHAEL: Oh, thank you Prince. (reads it) No encore tonight?
PRINCE: Nope, we've got an early flight tomorrow morning so I thought it'd be best to end it after the 12th song.
RACHAEL: Ah, ok. Well, let's get started...
