474: INT. DENTIST OFFICE DAY FADE IN: 

One month later, August 10th, 1993.

JORDAN: Dad, why do I have to get a tooth pulled?

EVAN CHANDLER: Because it looks like you chipped one, now get in the chair. I gotta give you the laughing gas.

JORDAN: (gets in the chair) I hate the laughing gas. I always feel weird after.

EVAN CHANDLER: Just relax. (gives him the gas) 

A short time later...

EVAN CHANDLER: Ok Jordy, I want you to answer some questions for me, okay?

JORDAN: (giggles) Sure...

EVAN CHANDLER: You sleep over at Neverland a lot don't you?

JORDAN: (giggles) Yeah!

EVAN CHANDLER: Where do you usually sleep?

JORDAN: Ummm.....

EVAN CHANDLER: You sleep in Michael's bed, right?

JORDAN: (giggles) Uh... Yeah, right!

EVAN CHANDLER: Did Michael ever... Touch you while you were in bed?

JORDAN: (giggles) He'd hug meeeee......

EVAN CHANDLER: Did he ever do anything else?

JORDAN: (giggles) I don't know!

EVAN CHANDLER: Michael would touch your penis, right?

475: INT. CAR DAY

Later...

JORDAN: Dad, where are we going?

EVAN CHANDLER: To the police station to report Jacko.

JORDAN: But, Michael didn't do anything.

EVAN CHANDLER: Hey, you don't have to defend that sick perv anymore.

JORDAN: But Dad...

EVAN CHANDLER: Hush. 

476: INT. NEVERLAND RANCH (BEDROOM) DAY

Meanwhile, Michael and Rachael have the day all to themselves.

RACHAEL: It was really sweet of Prince and Mayte to watch Prince so you and me could have a day to ourselves!

MICHAEL: It really was... So, what do you say we don't stop til we get enough?

RACHAEL: I say... (wraps her arms around his neck) Let love take us through the hours, I won't be complaining, cause this love is power!

MICHAEL: (laughs seductively and lays her down on the bed) (gently caresses her body and begins making out with her)

RACHAEL: (moans softly) Michael... Oh Michael.

MICHAEL: (slowly begins thrusting)

477: INT. POLICE STATION DAY

Meanwhile, back at the police station...

JORDAN: Dad, I don't wanna do this.

EVAN CHANDLER: Just tell them what happened.

JORDAN: But nothing happened!

EVAN CHANDLER: That's not what you told me.

POLICE OFFICER: Sometimes when a child has suffered a traumatic incident such as this, they tend to repress it. Now what did he tell you?

EVAN CHANDLER: He mentioned to me that uh... Mr. Jackson touched his private parts.

JORDAN: I-I did?

EVAN CHANDLER: Yes Jordan, you did. Earlier today when you were getting your teeth cleaned.

JORDAN: But... I don't even remember...

EVAN CHANDLER: Jordan, sometimes the laughing gas makes you remember things you may have buried deep within your mind. It's not uncommon to reveal something you may have repressed. Now tell me about your relationship with Michael.

JORDAN: Well... We met and became really fast friends. I would visit Neverland all the time with my Mom and sister.

POLICE OFFICER: When you would stay over at Michael's, where would you sleep?

JORDAN: The guestroom, at first... But I did sleep in Michael's bed a few times.

POLICE OFFICER: And where would Michael sleep?

JORDAN: On the floor, then he'd sleep in a bed with me.

POLICE OFFICER: Would Michael ever make physical contact with you?

JORDAN: Well, he'd hug me.

POLICE OFFICER: Would he ever do anything more than that?

JORDAN: (looks up at Evan) Dad, please...

POLICE OFFICER: Jordy, it's okay. Just tell us what happened.

JORDAN: (sighs)
