Three weeks later. January 23rd, 1998. Rachael is receiving her final IVF treatment.

DOCTOR: Ok Mrs. Jackson, the eggs are ready to be implanted into your uterus. It won't be long at all. (gives her something to help her sleep)

RACHAEL: (falls asleep)

DOCTOR: (begins implanting the eggs)

Half an hour later, the procedure is complete.

RACHAEL: (wakes up)

DOCTOR: Congratulations Mrs. Jackson, the procedure was a success. I'll be right back with your paperwork. (leaves)

PRINCE: (looks at her and smirks) Looks like you're having my baby after all.

MICHAEL: (glares at him and gets in his face) She's only doing this because she wants you to have the same joy of raising a child just like we have.

PRINCE: Man, chill out Mike, it was just a joke.

MICHAEL: (rolls his eyes)

903: INT. NEVERLAND RANCH (KITCHEN) DAY FADE IN:

One week later...

RACHAEL: (comes in and sits down at the table)

MICHAEL: Morning sweetie, you want an omelet?

RACHAEL: No thanks honey, I'm not hungry... I'm pregnant.

MICHAEL: You took the test?

RACHAEL: (shakes her head) Didn't need to. I've been in the bathroom for the last 25 minutes sick to my stomach.

MICHAEL: Aw honey, I'm sorry. Let me get you a glass of water.

RACHAEL: No, I'm okay really. I gotta go, Prince asked me to come by and record some stuff for my next album.

MICHAEL: (looks at her with concern) Are you sure you're up for it? You should really take it easy.

RACHAEL: (cups his face) You worry about me way too much. (kisses his forehead) I'll see you later.

MICHAEL: Ok, but when you get to Paisley, take the test anyway, just to be sure.

RACHAEL: I will. I love you. (leaves)

904: INT. PAISLEY PARK (STUDIO) DAY DISSOLVE TO:

Rachael records songs for her next album.

RACHAEL: (comes in)

PRINCE: There she is. (kisses her cheek) How you doing?

RACHAEL: I'm pretty good. (to herself) "Even though I was almost 100% sure I was pregnant, I didn't want to tell him right away, at least not until I took a test."

PRINCE: You ready to record?

RACHAEL: Always am! (gets in the booth)
