"Listen up, sweetheart." I hissed at the man, jingling his keys in front of his face. He gave me a tired and annoyed expression, yet a bit amused at the same time. "You answer my questions and I let you out of the ropes. Sound fair?" He scoffed, meeting my glare. "About as fair as barging into someone's home unannounced." I stood up, shoving the keys into my pocket. "Then you'll stay like that as long as we're here. I turned to Emma, who waiting patiently in the bedroom hallway. "Can you get the pen from my room? We have to check out A08-63 on the map. I want to know what's there."

The man's eyes suddenly lit up, "So, you found it?" He asked, with a mischievous tone. "I've suddenly had a change of heart. I will answer all of your questions, whatever they may be."

"Okay," I smiled, turning back to him. "What's your name?"

"To you, daddy." He grinned, flashing a wide smile. I rolled my eyes, unamused. "What's it really?" He chuckled, responding, "Yuugo. My name is Yuugo."

"How old are you, Yuugo?"

"Nineteen." He replied. I opened my mouth to ask him another question, but he seemingly read my mind. "I escaped from Glory Bell Farm, six years ago." "And are you going to tell me about your family?" I asked, "Or is that a tale for another time?" "Mhm, if it can be." He smiled. Yuugo was strangely charming and smooth, yet I had an unsettling feeling he was planning something.

"I don't like the idea of prisoners." I said, leaning to his ear. "If I let you go, you'll behave right?" I glanced at Emma, who was staring at him intensely. She was holding a knife. "I don't think she'd forgive you if anything happened to me." The man nervously gulped, nodding his head yes. I untied the ropes, and he jumped up, shaking his arms and legs. "Whew, that was a journey!" He chuckled. "Show me how to use the security room." I demanded, grabbing his wrist. "Princess, you don't need to be so grabby." He teased, swiping a finger underneath my chin. I scoffed, pushing him away. "My name is y/n." I don't think he cared, as he skipped down the hallway, opening the white doors to the security room. "Here ya go, sweetheart!" He laughed, bowing over. Emma gagged behind me, making me chuckle.

All the screens in the room were filled with snow, the unsettling noise of soft static settling in my ears. "Why are they all broken?" I asked, gently clicking on of the many keyboards. The room was a large semi circle, a rectangular wooden table in the center and many chairs knocked over, or only half pushed in. Around the edge of a room was a bar-like gray table holding up the screens, keyboards, electronics and whatnot. He turned on the lights, Emma and I noticing the flickering, shattered bulb. "They were fried a couple weeks ago. I woke up to it like that."

"How long have you been here alone?" Emma asked, walking next to me. She looked uncomfortable and slightly worried.

He turned to her, that charming smile disappearing from his lips. "Here? In this shelter, alone?" She nodded, not making eye contact with the man. "Four years, Antenna."

"For years? How many?"

"Four. Like the number four."

"Why did you call me Antenna?"

"Because you have one." He pointed at her head, that cute little golden cowlick shaking with her nods. "My name is Emma." "Okay. Antenna." "It's Emma!" She shouted at him. "Emma!" "Okay, Antemma." He laughed wildly at his own joke. Emma looked exasperated and walked off. "Good luck with this dude, y/n."
