Stalling

I need to stall. "Why are you doing this? What is the point of all this?" Izuku asked deliberately.
"Simple, I want to play God. Ah, it would be more apt to say that I am playing God.. I know that you're stalling, so forgive me if I keep my monologue nice and short." Hisoka smiled unapologetically.
Izuku watched in horror as Eijiro fully slumped onto the ground, with gashes as if he'd been caught off guard without his quirk, or.. "What is that on his neck?!" he demanded, taking a step back as Hisoka got closer.
Keeping eyes on Izuku and a firm aim towards Eijiro, Hisoka reached out on a nearby medical cart with his free hand. Retrieving what looked like a metal button, he instructed Izuku to place it on his nape. "Put it on and I'll remove his." He flipped the button-like object towards Izuku as if it were a coin.
Izuku caught it and gulped, formulating plan after failed plan as to how to get them out of this. He couldn't risk much without having more information, or with Eijiro knocked out like this.. "What does it do?" He asked, though he could guess the answer.
"Hmm.. I'll humor you since you have no way out of this.. it will send a signal through your brain and spinal cord that 'you don't have a quirk', effectively disabling it while it's on. Of course, removing it yourself will result in paralysis or a coma.. results have been rather inconclusive."
A nonchalant shoulder shrug along with a maniacal expression made Izuku falter in his step. He regained his ground just in time to take advantage of Hisoka's momentary distraction - his phone ringing.
The sudden tune had pierced the deafening silence, at odds with the circumstances. Izuku hardly hesitated before dashing over to cover Eijiro. Pain shot through him as side effects still lingered. OfA has yet to stabilize..
"How many?" Hisoka didn't seem alarmed at Izuku's movement, instead, he casually lifted up a finger as if to ask 'one moment, please' while he continued his call. "That's fine, leave him there, we'll come and pay a visit." He hung up with a smirk.
Did he catch someone else? Izuku felt the instant weight of having no other choice. He reached the lower back of his neck, and the button closed the distance on its own like a magnet, threading itself in place. Gah! He bent over while it sowed itself on.
Hisoka bent down, thumbing the button on Eijiro's neck.
Izuku struggled to watch, Hisoka seemed to have been pricked by the button before it popped itself off. Does it need his fingerprint? blood? both?
"Get up, and drag this kid with you. Follow me."
Izuku watched as Hisoka walked away tall and smug, hands in pocket. Gritting his teeth, he carefully lifted Eijiro, begging him to wake up.
A quiet hallway and elevator trip down what Izuku counted as two floors below ground, they arrived at something like a commercial walk-in freezer.
"We heard his weapon is basically his sweat, so.."
Izuku had been doubled over with Eijiro's weight, but having heard that, he shot straight up to see the worst sight yet.
Izuku shuddered. "K-Kacchan.."
