"Aw come on! We've never played games like these together before! Your birthday is smack middle of Hitoshi's, Hanta's and mine, it's a perfect opportunity!" Mina made her case. Izuku did not want to play drinking games.. he did not want to drink. But then again, his eyes landed on Aki.. who had remained quiet and behind Eijiro, using him as a shield. "Fine, one game." Mina jumped in joy while Katsuki rolled his eyes. "Let's make it classmates versus newcomers." Izuku shifted his determined eyes off Aki and guiltily towards his Cali friends, They'll hold up fine.. I've gotta see what the deal is with this 'roommate'. Katsuki made to return to his remaining safe haven, the kitchen, when Izuku dragged him back towards the table. "Oh no you don't." He plopped him across from Ryusei who sat on a corner seat. Izuku sat next to Katsuki and patted the other seat next to him for Eijiro. Katsuki being at a corner, half turned facing out, arms crossed and slumped, legs out.. while Eijiro was grateful that Aki sat first, giving him an excuse to skip a seat away. Hmph. Mina didn't hesitate to sit in the gap, to better explain the rules as she was as centered as could be. To Eijiro's right was Denki then Hanta. Across from them, Xander and Noah, leaving Liam to Mina as that's the closest he could get to his friends. Izuku looked around.. how did I not end up with anyone? "Shinso!" Mina called to a failing-to-hide Hitoshi. Izuku looked around to spot him and waved for him to come. Shinso shrugged then took his seat.. noting the contrast in enthusiasm from Izuku's left and right side partners. Hah.

"Okay, so this is how we play. Izuku, translate." Izuku looked at his friends who each had different reactions to the person across from them. Liam trying not to stare at Mina, Xander already over Denki's energy, and Noah in obvious fascination with Sero's elbows. "Guys.."
