-dancing time-
I dance with Bruce first, then dad, then mom wanted in, then Alex, then Bruce's little brother named Carter, and now I get to dance with the guys. I dance with Corey, Joey, Mick, I get to stand on Jim's feet when I danced with him, Shawn, Paulie, Craig and Chris. All I have next is Sid, but he's nowhere to be found. Just when I start to walk off the dance floor, the sugar glider slides in front of me.
"May I have this dance," he asks, putting out his hand.
"You may, demonic sugar glider," I say, taking his hand.
He rolls his eyes and walks to the middle, taking the dancing position. Holding our hands up, his hand on the small of my back and my hand on his shoulder. We dance and exchange a few words, and Sid spins me.
-after reception-
The reception went well past midnight, and I let the parents get their kids home and come back if they want. About a third of the parents did not come back, but I don't mind it. The girls came back, Bruce's family stayed the night and booked tickets back for tomorrow afternoon. Now, it's time to go home and sleep off the tour sleep debt I have.
"Who has a designated driver," I ask the guys. All but Sid raise their hands. The girls decided not to drink and let the guys do that.
"I'll take you back to your house Sid," I say.
"And I'll take Ari and Claire with to crash at my place," I say, seeing the two smile.
"Thanks Liz," they both say, hugging me.
We let go and walk out to the cars, the three picking were to sit. I sit in the back with Sid and the two girls sit in the front. Before I know it, I'm asleep with Sid while we lean on each other. He may have passed out, but being a bride in a reception takes a lot out of you.
-Ari's POV-
I glance back at the two and nudge Claire in the arm, gesturing to them. They're asleep in the backseat, their shoulders giving support by touching and their heads put together. What I didn't expect was the two holding hands. Once best friends, always best friends.
"Both of them are adorable," Claire says quietly, as to not wake them up. As if they would ever wake up if she spoke regularly.
"Liz's dress is amazing," I try to change the subject. I know she has a crush on Sid, so I don't want to say yes to her remark. But I don't want to say no because they are adorable.
"It is. I'm surprised her and her mom made all of the dresses and suits for both sides," she says.
"And let's not forget Sakari and her wreath. She's the best pup," I say.
"She is. She deserved to be the dog of honor," she says.
"And you deserved to be the maid of honor," I say, making her smile.
"Ya know what? I did," she says.
-morning-
-Liz's POV-
I wake up in my pajamas, in my bed with Sakari sleeping in her bed. I sit up and look around, seeing my legs beside my bed and my wedding dress hanging on the back of the closet door. I silently get my legs on and stand, waking Sakari up unintentionally.
"It's okay. Go back to sleep," I say to her. I crouch and pet her until she falls asleep again. I stand up and walk downstairs, getting picked up by Mick.
"What is it with you and picking me up like this," I ask him. He had put me on his shoulder in a fireman's position and holding the backs of my knees with his forearm.
"It's easiest," he simply says. I sigh and rest my elbows on his shoulder, grabbing my coat as he passes the hooks.
"Um, shoes," I ask.
"I got them," he says.
"But I see-"
"Don't worry," he says.
He walks out of my house with me still in my pajamas, but he doesn't seem to care at the moment. But he will when I punch him for it. He walks to the studio, which is just a little bigger than a storage locker, and sets me on my feet. His face goes from a smile to fear when he sees my face. I have a mom look on, but mixed with a 'You have 5 seconds to run' look.
"Before you punch him, turn around," Joey says, making me turn with the same expression. They part and show a mountain of presents on the floor, stacked from smallest to biggest. Biggest on the bottom.
"Can I punch him now," I ask.
"Go ahead," they say.
I turn back and punch him in the stomach, making him double over to my height.
"At least give me time to get dressed," I say.
I turn back around and my expression softens, seeing the guys holding things behind their backs.
"Hiding something," I ask.
"Nothing at all," Jim says. I jump up and grab the collar of his shirt, pulling him back down with me.
"Holy-"
"Don't lie to me tall Satan. I can punch you too," I threaten.
"Yes. We're hiding something. But it's not behind our backs," Chris says.
"How did you do that? Are you part bobcat or something," Joey asks, astonished.
"I can jump pretty high, but I think that's it for the bobcat part," I say. I let go of Jim's shirt and look at the pile of presents, wondering who got them for me.

*squeals like a schoolgirl*
I cannot believe she got married! I've been planning this out for so damn long, and there's something else life changing after this. And now I'm wondering if Arron's a cockroach since he keeps coming back.
Comment if it was good. Or okay. Or cringey. I don't really care! I want to hear what you guys have to say.
