Gon pov

I was so scared, and I hid behind Killua. But at the same time I knew I would jump in front of him if anything dare to hurt him. Pitou won't get a free pass to beat him up... I'll chop their head right off.

"Oh how cute... the boy protecting his pet fish." Pitou cackled.

Killua suddenly screamed and stomped his foot down into the water.

"Shut the fuck up! He is not my pet! He is my best friend! Actually, even more than that! I don't want to hear your chattering anymore than I already have!" Killua yelled angrily, making me blush when he said 'even more than that'

Pitou scowled and zoomed over.

"Shut it kid! I'll take you down to the grave! You hear me?!" Pitou screamed and grabbed Killua's neck and began to choke him out.

I gasped and felt anger take me over. And my magic took hold of me. It made me zoom in front of Killua, and push Pitou back violently.

"Don't touch him!! I won't let you do to him what you did to Kite!" I screamed with tears flowing down my cheeks.

My tail now turned back to human legs, except my legs didn't have skin they still had green scales. My eyes turned to green with snake like slits in the middle, and my nails turned to sharp claws. Even my teeth sharpened.

"Oh look at this... now the little fish is protecting the boy. How pathetic." Pitou growled and grabbed my arm.

I snarled at them touching me, and bit their wrist quickly. Pitou yelped in return, but still kept their grip. They then threw me across the bay and I slammed against a rock rather hard. Even some of the rock behind me crumbled and my back gave a shock wave of pain.

Killua gasped and was going to rush to my aid, but Pitou grabbed hold of him too and threw him back onto the beach.

"Stay where you belong... you disgusting human..." Pitou chuckled and I roared.

"You will pay!!!" I shouted before zooming towards Pitou.

My arm glowed green as I pulled it back, and punched Pitou right across the face. Making them go plummeting in the water.

"Gon come on we need to get out of here!!" Killua frantically helped me get out of the water then and we both just ran.

We didn't look back, and I could hear Pitou screaming after us.

"I'll end the both of you!!!! You hear me?!!" Pitou was furious, but they couldn't leave the water. They must not have mastered human legs yet... but still there magical sense was strong.

From then on Killua and I kept running. We didn't even want to think about the stare that came from Pitou. Their eyes glowed in the darkness like an ember burning a city alive. They had a smile that could pierce your heart and make you bleed out endlessly..

Once we reached Leorio's place, we crashed inside. Killua ran in and held me close to him. Leorio on the other hand was in the kitchen cooking something for us, and he saw our wounds...

My back had a pretty big bruise with a large gash from the Boulder. And Pitou had scratched my calf with their claws, making it sting an awful lot. Killua though wasn't too good either... his neck was bruised severely as well from being choked, and he had a huge quantity of scratches along his chest and arms. He didn't have a shirt on due to swimming with me before, but if he had it on it would have protected him better...

"Killua?! gon?! What the hell happened!" Leorio shouted and he quickly got out some medical supplies.

He tended to me first, and bandaged up some small scrapes I had. He also took care of the scratches on my calf. After that he had to get out a needle with thread. He had to stitch up the gash on my back...

When Leorio began to do so, it stung badly. Which had me beginning to cry even more. Tears flooded my face like a tsunami now. Killua was severely worried in that case, so he held my hand and pet my hair to help. Which it did but, the pain was unbearable.

Leorio finished up with me not long after, so he went over to Killua next. Killua didn't have as big of a wound on him, but he still had to bandage quite a few of his scratches. He also gave Killua a bag of ice to help his bruised neck.

Leorio now had us go into the bathroom where I turned my legs back to my tail once again. So I went into the tub while Killua sat onto a small bench next to the wall. Leorio just sat on the closed toilet seat and gave us both a concerned expression.

"What happened out there..." Leorio frowned and he looked very worried beyond belief.

Killua then sat up and he gulped.

"Well... as you know me and Gon went out today. It was fun.. but when we went to the beach, that's when things started to go wrong. That creature.... it showed up. We found out their name is Pitou. They were furious and attacked us. Gon protected me... and I tried to protect him. But Pitou threw me onto the beach. Me and Gon eventually managed to escape but...." Killua paused and looked over to me, "we both still feel the terror that was on the beach.."

Leorio gasped and he scowled.

"I swear... I will kill that thing!! It has already done enough!" Leorio screamed and he stood up.

Killua shook his head and stopped him by grabbing his shoulder.

"No... we can't approach it. Pitou will definitely not hesitate to kill us again. So please.. we just need to keep our distance..." Killua explained, making me frown.

I missed home, I missed the ocean water flowing through my gills. I really wanted to see all the fish again. I wanted things to go back to normal...

Killua must have noticed my sad expression and tilted his head.

"Hey are you alright? Do your wounds hurt anymore than before?" Killua asked while he set his hand onto mine.

I shook my head.

"No its... nothing." I muttered and turned away.

I'm sorry but... I just want to go home
