"Touya." Spinel stood with her arms crossed. It was the day after, and she had fallen asleep trying to wait for her brother. "Please tell me why I found that spray bottle in my bag." She crossed her arms, somehow making her rainbow dinosaur onesie look threatening.

Dabi froze. He had just woken up from his job. She never called him by his name unless she was very serious about something. "Oh? Perhaps you put it in yourself."

Spinel pouted and glared at him. "I did no such thing."

"I thought maybe you'd need it. I've never met the guy, what if he's shady?"

"Touya. We are the shady people." She groaned, rolling her eyes. She could never really be mad at him despite her best efforts.

"So, how was the date? What happened?" He asked, changing the topic as he turned on the kettle to make some coffee.

Spinel had yet to tell him about the events that happened yesterday, and she was very conflicted about what had happened. But she felt compelled to tell him, he didn't keep anything from her, and she didn't keep anything from him. Except if it had something to do with a job. "Well...um do you promise not to be mad?"

Dabi's eyes narrowed, "What. Did. He. Do?"

"No, no! It wasn't Periwinkle. I promise it wasn't him. he helped me actually. But you see..." Spinel apologized internally as she retold the story. "Well, there was a police officer."

"You went to the police?!"

"There was a robbery so me and Shinsou took the attackers down." She paused "Well, um some of the police thought I was the attacker, but I mean I don't blame them! I was holding the gun." She took a deep breath "Theyputmeinhandcuffsandialmosthadapanicattack" Spinel tried to make her words as undecipherable as she could. She had a feeling she knew what was coming next.

"What." Dabi stood up straighter, now fully awake. "Who is he?" Dabi snarled. "The one who cuffed you. Even I know those cuffs weren't necessary."

Spinel went over to Dabi and squeezed his hands that were around his coffee cup. "I don't know but it doesn't matter. Everything worked out ok in the end. Periwinkle helped me calm down before I had a full-on panic attack so it's all fine." She smiled to reassure him. "I'm ok, see?"

Dabi grumbled and sipped his coffee. "Fine. Why didn't you just call me though?" He took a seat at the table.

Spinel took out a box of cereal and milk. "I didn't call you because I knew you would kill everyone in sight." She held up the box. "Do you want some?"

He shook his head. "Fine. Point proven. Anything on for today? I have a job to do later on, so I won't make it for lunch or dinner. So, you can have the leftovers, there should be enough for both meals. And please, for the love of all goodness, don't order anymore food till we have the leftovers finished."

She nodded and giggled a little "Sure thing. And I don't really have anything on today, but I'll need to go ask Giran when or if he will meet up with Eraserhead, or maybe just ask if he knows where Eraserhead will be tonight. I need to have a chat with him." Spinel sent a text to Giran as she spoke.

Let Gem Sleep: I need to talk to Eraserhead. Is there a job tonight? Maybe you could set up a meeting for me?

Weird Uncle: Little miss, why are you always like this? What happened to just a 'how r u?' text?

Let Gem Sleep: We both know you don't have the time or attention span for that. It doesn't make you money, so it isn't on your priority list.

Weird Uncle: You know me so well.

Let Gem Sleep: So? Anything?
