(Basically what happens on a day to day basis as requested. The two users mentioned above actually requested the same thing but I didn't have time to do it before. AND I'M SORRY IF THIS IS CRINGEY AF BUT IDK HOW TO WRITE IT😭😭)

Jimin's POV:

"Jungkookie... it's time to wake up."

I shake our maknae softly. I'm especially careful with him these days. Him being paralyzed is probably the most traumatizing thing that ever happened in my whole life.

Jungkook lets out a whine as he slowly opens his eyes. "'ung," he voices out and gives that cute bunny smile of his. "Good morning, Jungkookie," I say as I stroke his hair gently. He smiles even wider. "Good," he mumbles.

It's been a whole year since Jungkook's been paralyzed, and we're finally getting used to this new life. Taking care of a paralyzed twenty-year-old is not easy at all, but so far we've managed to pass through all the obstacles ahead of us. It's awesome that Jungkook's speaking more and better day by day. He's been trying hard to get back to his normal life, which would not be possible, but at least he's trying.

He's also getting better at communicating with us by speaking and making some hand gestures. Oh, right, thanks to some treatment and exercises, he can move more of his body parts, even all of his fingers!

I use the bariatric lift to hoist Jungkook up and onto his wheelchair. He smiles cutely at me again. I smile back as I motion for him to wheelchair himself to the bathroom to get ready using his fingers to press the buttons on the wheelchair.

I tidy up his bed and watch while he wheelchairs himself out of the room.

A new day, a new start.

End of POV

"Morning, Jungkookie," Seokjin smiled at Jungkook as he left the bathroom in his wheelchair with Jimin, who basically got Jungkook ready. "M-morning hyung," Jungkook struggled to say.

"Look at him, hyung," Jimin said proudly, "he brushed his own teeth and combed his own hair!"

"Good job, bun," praised Namjoon. "Breakfast's almost ready," called Yoongi from the kitchen. "Better call Tae and Hobi to get up now."

After a while, the seven started having their breakfast at the dining table and chatted together happily.

"What should we do today?" asked Hoseok, munching on his pancakes. "I say we should go to the park for a walk, how does that sound? After all, today's a Sunday and tomorrow we'll have to go back to work," suggested Taehyung.

"And maybe we could also grab some groceries at the supermarket," added Yoongi. "We don't have much left." Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Then let's go!"

After breakfast, everyone changed into outfits and got outside, with Taehyung pushing Jungkook's wheelchair, no matter how the stubborn maknae tried to protest.

"'ung?" Jungkook tilted his head upwards to face Taehyung. "Yes, bun?" replied Taehyung. "Goin' to park?" he mumbled. "Mhm," chuckled Taehyung.

They soon arrived at the park. There were several kids playing and running around. One small boy, who looked about the age of four or five ran up to Bangtan. He pointed to Jungkook and tilted his head. "Why is he on a wheelchair?" He asked curiously.

Before anyone could say anything, a woman, who seemed to be the boy's mother, hurried next to the boy. She gripped his hand tightly and shot Bangtan apologetic looks. "I'm really sorry, he shouldn't be asking things like this." She smiled gently at Jungkook, who smiled back. "I wish you guys good luck."

Seokjin ignored the woman's words and knelt down in front of the little boy. "Do protect yourself, eh?" The look of sorrow appeared on his face. The woman, who had put two and two together by now, pulled the boy away while mumbling 'sorry.' The boy kept turning back and gazed at Jungkook.

Bangtan was silent until the pair was gone.

"Everyone's okay, right?" sighed Hoseok. "Let's just go to the supermarket right now. We don't want to be home late." Even though it was only ten o'clock in the morning.

They were also silent as they headed towards the supermarket.

The supermarket was full of people.

A lot of people also gave Jungkook stares. By the time they were lining up at the cashier's, Jungkook's bottom lip was quivering and his eyes were teary. After all, it was his first time in months to leave the house since he got paralyzed. And then things got worse as they heard the cashier talking to another cashier.

"You heard?" said one of the cashiers while packing up a customer's groceries. "Some guy got paralyzed after some accident yesterday. Poor thing. He's basically same as a dead guy now. He can't do anything and won't be able to talk or stuff. I'd hate to be paralyzed. Probably feels like being dead."

Jungkook couldn't help but feel that single drop of tear roll down his cheek. "Next, oh- uh," muttered the cashier as soon as she spotted Jungkook. "Yeah." The other cashier on the other side was still talking, not aware of what was happening. "Being paralyzed is the worse. You can't live a life anymore. Everybody probably hates you by then, huh."

Another drop of tear fell.

"W-we'd better not talk 'bout that for now," the cashier on Bangtan's side said quickly. "Alright," shrugged the other one, still not knowing what was going on.

After buying the groceries, it was once again uncomfortable silence between the seven brothers. They quickly headed home while Yoongi and Seokjin set Jungkook back on his bed for some rest. It was, to him, a tired day already.

The rest of Bangtan entered Jungkook's room. "You know, Jungkookie, what that hoebag said wasn't true," huffed Jimin, still mad. "Mhm," sniffled Jungkook, not very convinced. Seokjin sat on his bed, stroking the maknae's hair gently. "That's what they think, but it's obviously not true! See, we do love you so much. If not, why are we taking care of you?"

This turned Jungkook speechless.

And then a couple of heartbreaking sobs were heard. Jungkook buried his head into Seokjin's shirt, sobbing and gripping the eldest's shirt tightly. "Shh, it's okay," reassured the elder, patting the youngest's back.

"'m sorry, 'ung," mumbled Jungkook.

"It's okay, bun, there's nothing to be sorry for," chuckled Namjoon.

"Because we love you forever anyways."
