"Hi ARMY!"

Turning on Vlive, Bangtan smiled widely upon seeing a lot of their fans watching. "Today, we're just going to chat and maybe eat something," said Namjoon, taking a bite of his salad. "Or maybe you guys can ask some questions and we can answer them," added Jimin.

"ARMY, what time is it in your country now?" Yoongi asked. Scrolling through the comment section, Bangtan's faces lit up with smiles as they read through different comments. "Oh, I see, all right," replied Hoseok.

They talked for a while then began answering questions from ARMY. Of course, there were some haters.

There were a lot of hate comments about each member, but most of them were about Taehyung. Jimin frowned a little, feeling unhappy about himself for suggesting people ask questions and therefore hurting his soulmate. He also spotted ones that talked about him and he felt his eyes sting with tears.

And somehow, he didn't recall that whether he suggested the idea, haters would still be there spreading hate.

Suddenly, he felt something dripping from his nose, felt it, and found out that his nose was bleeding. Before he could risk letting millions of people see his current condition, he hurriedly excused himself towards the bathroom. Jimin choked back a sob -- he was here in the bathroom: to clean his nosebleed up and to cry.

After doing so, Jimin returned to the live. However, he became a lot more quiet, but his members were either too exhausted from practice or too hyped up by having a live to notice. He winced when he felt the same sensation previously return to the slight bottom of his nose. He even noticed that some people were pointing it out in the comments and excused himself once again behind the camera, cleaning things up with tissues.

By now, Bangtan was confused why Jimin kept having nosebleeds, but to avoid suspicion from ARMYs who still hadn't noticed, they kept quiet but shot him worried looks.

Meanwhile, Jimin let out an upset sigh. He had slightly stained his hoodie with the blood, but he could cover it up if he adjusted it a little bit. Taking a few deep breaths, he walked slowly back towards the rest.

And then he blacked out, his fragile body falling onto Jungkook.

The members couldn't help but let out piercing screams, before the staff behind the camera tried to help them turn off the live, but the buttons were somehow stuck from too many people watching. Now everyone was witnessing this terrible scene: Jimin fainting in front of ARMYs.

Bangtan couldn't cry in front of everyone, could they? Well, that was what they told themselves before Jimin started shaking and his limbs began jerking around.

The members realized that Jimin was having a seizure, or specifically, a grand mal seizure. He was drooling in front of the camera, but the button to turn on the live was still lagging and not working. His eyeballs rolled backwards and his face was pale. Jimin chucked up a pile of vomit onto the floor, and through all the shrieks, screams, and cries, he continued seizing for a while.

Finally, the seizure stopped and Jimin laid unconscious on the bare floor until Namjoon realized that they were supposed to call an ambulance, and so they did.

When the medics were lifting Jimin into the ambulance, he had another seizure, causing the other members to start sobbing, not knowing what was going on.

"He's in cardiac arrest!"

"Mr. Park has stopped breathing!"

The two things happened at the same time, freaking out Bangtan.

"Is he going to be okay?" Namjoon frowned. "We don't know for now," said a medic, a grim look planted on her face, "but hopefully he will be fine."

"Hopefully?" Taehyung repeated, tears and snot smeared on his cheeks. "I'm sorry, but I don't really know how to reply to you," she replied, then turning towards Jimin, who was losing oxygen again.

"His heart- his heart's stopped beating-"

It had been a whole year since the previous incident, and after Jimin had been diagnosed with leukemia. Bangtan couldn't believe that one of their members had to fight with cancer, and that he was in a coma that seemed to last forever, but it happened. Besides, they had no choice but to tell millions of ARMYs about the news, who were all shocked and wished the third youngest better.

Though they didn't really know if he would.

Bangtan was scared and falling apart. Everyday, a random member (or a couple of them) would come out of his room, crying, but even when the others tried to comfort him, they couldn't help but cry together.

They felt like pieces of shattered glass, and Jimin was the glue that could keep them together again. He wasn't the most important one, but when one of your best friends had been diagnosed with cancer and was in a coma that nobody was sure how long it would last, anyone would be shattered.

Just like Bangtan's hearts.

They always visited him at the hospital, holding his hand, whispering words into his ear, and longing for him to open his wide eyes and talk to them. That was all they longed for, so why couldn't it just happen?

One day, their wish came true.

They were crowded around Jimin's hospital bed again after a concert. Bangtan cried, ARMYs cried, and even backstage, they sobbed. Whenever they were asked about Jimin, or when they remembered that Jimin was left out in every event they were attending, they couldn't help but let the tears fall.

Everyone's eyes were red and puffy from all the tears. Jungkook and Taehyung simply continued sobbing into Jimin's chest, knowing that he would never wake up.

Or so they thought.

Jimin's brain was stirring. He had gone through tons of surgeries; none of them worked to make him awake, but the tumor was long gone, and all they needed was Jimin to wake up.

Jimin blinked, but no one gave him a second look as it was simply a fake sign. They had witnessed him blinking a lot, but none of them meant a sign of life.

Today, it did.

And he woke up, just like that.

Just imagine Bangtan's cheers.

They believed that he woke up because they never gave up on him.

Don't give up on life. Yesterday was history; tomorrow is a mystery.

OKAY SO AGAIN, SO MUCH CRINGE, BUT-
