Yoonseok: COVID-19 (Part 2)

"Hoseok!"

That lead to Hoseok sitting up on a hospital bed glumly, with Yoongi asking questions so fast like he was rapping. "You gave him a COVID-19 test? He doesn't have corona, doesn't he?" He glanced at Hoseok, who had once again pulled off his oxygen mask which had made the younger one felt uncomfortable.

"Wear your oxygen mask, please, sir," the doctor sighed exasperatedly. "We can't just tell directly if someone has COVID-19, Mr. Min," he gestured towards Yoongi. "I really hope you understand." With that, he lead his team of doctors and nurses out of Hoseok's private room.

Yoongi cussed under his breath and was about to chase after the doctor when Hoseok stopped him by pulling his sleeve. "Hyung, don't," Hoseok mumbled. "Y-you'll only make a scene and create a scandal and risk your reputation." Yoongi bit his lip. "Fine, but only because you said so," the older rapper huffed.

"Have some sleep," Yoongi ruffled Hoseok's hair gently as he sat down on a chair near the bed. "I'll rest with you." Hoseok nodded, his eyelids slowly drooped, and soon he was snoring. Yoongi felt Hoseok's forehead and frowned. The younger one was burning up. Still worried, Yoongi started falling asleep too.

Hoseok yawned as he opened his eyes slowly, sitting up on his bed. He was still worried about his COVID-19 test. The results were supposed to be there soon. He looked down at Yoongi, who was leaning his head against Hoseok.

The younger one noticed Yoongi's hair cling to his forehead slightly and felt it. "Gosh, you're burning up," he muttered under his breath. Yoongi stirred and he, too, opened his eyes. "You're awake, Hobi?"

"Yeah. I think the test results will come out soon," replied Hoseok, letting out a heavy sigh. "Don't worry yourself too much, okay? Everything will be fine," Yoongi wrapped an arm around Hoseok's waist. "You're burning up," Hoseok then blurted. "What?" Yoongi frowned.

Before Hoseok could say anything, a doctor and a nurse rushed into the room. "Mr. Jung, it is a must for you to go into quarantine immediately! Your COVID-19 test shows positive." Both Hoseok's and Yoongi's eyes widened. "I-it isn't true, is it?" Hoseok stammered. "Unfortunately, it is," answered the doctor. "Now please come with us."

"I was h-here with him-" Yoongi gasped. "Does that mean-"

"Then, Mr. Min, you'll have to take a test too."

Positive.

It screamed the word out loud. Yoongi read the paper over and over again -- he didn't read it wrong, but it was impossible, was it? He glanced back up at the doctors standing besides him. "Well, that's the result. Now you'll have to follow us to quarantine."

Yoongi reluctantly followed the team as he entered a giant room. Out of the corner of his eye, he spotted Hoseok sitting glumly on a bed by the window.

"Hoseok!" Yoongi cried. Said person looked up and saw his hyung. "Yoongi hyung, why are you here?" He asked, feeling confused. "I-I got my results back," Yoongi sighed, hanging his head low. "And it's positive."

"W-what?"

"Yeah, so I'll be here for quite a while," mumbled Yoongi before following the doctors' instructions to lie on a bed near Hoseok.

"Now that you guys are better, we can go outside and have some food!" Jungkook cried as he ran up towards his two hyungs, who just came out of the hospital.

"Alright, what do you two want to have?" Namjoon caught up with the maknae, along with the rest of Bangtan. "Lamb skewers, I think," Yoongi said. "Alright, then let's go towards the nearby restaurant over there!"
