CHAPTER 61

Eunmi went straight to her cousins' house and only found Suho, who opened the door for her. Apparently he was already released from the military.

The smile in Suho's face vanished as soon as he noticed her crying, hugging her immediately. He knew Eunmi will not cry like that just because she was happy to see him, something is not right.

"Eunmi-ah, what is wrong?" Suho worriedly asked.

"O-oppa..." was the only word Eunmi weakly said as she allowed herself to be led inside the house by Suho.

"Sit here, I'll get you water."

Eunmi was left in the living room unable to stop herself from crying whilst clutching her clothes on her chest.

Suho came back quickly giving the water to her.

"Drink this." he commanded.

Eunmi took the glass with shaking hands and sipped some water.

"What's the matter?" Suho worriedly asked. "I just got discharged from the military and this is how you greet me after not seeing each other for a long time? Those are definitely not tears of joy." he said to keep the atmosphere light whilst patting her back.

"Bian..." Eunmi said with head down. She knew his oppa is discharging this month but was not aware today is the day. Actually, she is shocked to see him but due to the overwhelming emotions caused by Kyungsoo, this is not showing in her face.

Suho sat next to her and draped an arm into her shoulder whilst Eunmi continued to cry on. Even though he does not know what is the matter, he just let her be. He knew her cousin well, she will share her problems to others once she is ready.

"You know, crying too much might not be good for your baby..." Suho worriedly spoke again after a few moments.

After some time, Eunmi wiped her face and released herself from her oppa and looked at him.

"Where's Sehunnie?"

"He just left before you arrived. He went back to the warehouse with Xiumin hyung. There is a massive order for tomorrow. They picked me from the army camp in the morning and stayed with me for some time, you know to catch up."

Eunmi looked around and just realized the bottles of beer and take away boxes in the centre table.

She was grateful to see his eldest cousin after a very long time indeed and glad that he is well. Suho oppa's hair has grown back and still looking very handsome.

But because of the earlier events that had happened and what she had learned are still fresh and very painful, she can't help but cry instead of feeling very happy about his return. Her own dilemma takes precedence over Suho oppa's return. Maybe if she is in a different situation, she must have been celebrating his return with Sehun, Xiumin oppa, the rest of her family, and perhaps with her friends and Kyungsoo.

"I didn't know today is your discharge, why did you not tell me?" asked Eunmi, taking a deep breath to stop herself from crying.

"Sorry, I planned to visit and surprise you actually." Suho said. "But I bet Xiumin hyung must have texted you already which I thought the reason why you are here, coming down our town to visit me."

"Sorry, I turned my phone off so I don't know if he did."

"Anyways, I can't believe your tummy is big! Our yeodongsaeng is really now grown up, having your own family. How's your husband? I thought you came with him." Suho smiled.

Eunmi gave a weak smile with tears threatening to fall again from her eyes remembering Kyungsoo and the situation she was in.

"Dongsaeng? Please tell me what is wrong." Suho held her hands.
