MISS NOT PERFECT

CHAPTER 4

"Missed me?" He gaved us a cocky smile as he approached us.

I smiled back.

"Ohemgee! What the hell are you doing here? Sabi ko wag kang susunod di ba?!" Lea exclaimed.

Napailing na lang ako.

"Can't help it. I miss the both of you. Im a loner there, you know?" he shrugged.

"Pwede namang tumawag. Gosh Kerr. Pasaway ka talaga!" Lea slapped his shoulder.

Kerr just laughed and pulled Lea in a tight hug. "Namiss kita"

"Pasaway!" Lea glared at him

He pulled away from Lea then shifted his gaze on me.

"Wala bang welcome hug dyan, Princess?" he said while spreading his arms.

I smiled. Lumapit ako sa kanya at niyakap siya.

"Damn. I missed this. Two weeks away from you is hell" he murmured while hugging me tight.

"O.A" Lea said.

I shook my head as I smiled.

"Miss you too Kerr" I said.

He looked surprised. Then eventually smiled wilder "Feels good!" He exclaimed.

"So, dito ka na rin titira? Nakikisiksik na nga ako dito, sisiksik ka pa! Bumalik ka na nga sa L.A"

"Kakarating ko lang tinataboy mo na agad ako? Hindi mo ba ko namiss? Buti pa si Miks namiss ako saka ang laki laki ng masyon na to ang daming kwarto kaya hindi problema kung makisiksik ako"

"Tse. Manahimik ka. Anong plano mo ngayon?"

"Wala pa. Tara, let's eat I'm starving!"

"Magpaluto ka sa maid"

"Nah! Let's eat outside. My treat"
He dragged us to his car, Mikay? Mika? I don't know.

Pumunta kami sa Coffee Bean. Umorder muna kami bago humanap ng table. Kerr has a lot of stories to tell. He told us everything that happened to him after we left. For a guy, he's very talkative.

"Nakasabay ko sa plane si Martin. Remember that guy Miks? The one who tried to drag you but end up having a handicap? He looked okay with those bandages"

Napangiti na lang ako. I remember that guy. I shook my head.

"Huh? Nandito din sila?" si Lea.

Kerr and I looked at Lea. I saw the guys from school sitting at the next table.

"They're looking over here" Lea said to me.

"Who's that?" Kerr asked. "Why is he waving?" He frowned.

The guy who kissed my knuckles continue waving at us.

"Schoolmates. Childhood friends" sagot ni Lea.

Lea waved back. I raised my eyebrows at her then shook my head. I just ignored them.

"Before I forgot, he gave this, for you" May kinuha sa bulsa niya si Kerr tapos inabot sakin.

"Who?" tanong ni Lea.

"Martin"

"Oh, the poor boy. What's that? Peace offering?"

I opened it and I saw a necklace with a note.

Sorry for being impulsive. Hope you'll like it.

"Forgiven" I said.

The two smiled and nodded.

"Do you want me to wear that on you?" Kerr asked.

"K"

Tumayo siya para ikabit sakin ang necklace.

"Wow. May taste pala ang lalaking yun, sabagay spoiled brat. But it surprised me really, marunong palang mag-apologize yun. Haha"

"Yeah, right" Kerr smirked.

He sat back and stared at me.

I raised my eyebrows and smiled at him.

"Let's go?" He stood up and held my hand as we exited the coffee shop. Lea followed suit. She also bid goodbye to the guys who were sitting at the next table.

Morning. Go to school again.

"Good morning pretty ladies!" napalingon kami ni Lea.

Again, it is the guy who kissed my knuckles.

"Morning!" bati ni Lea.

"Sino yung lalaking kasama niyo kahapon?" he asked. He's looking at me.

"Si Kerr" Lea answeres for she knew I wouldn't say a thing.

"Boyfriend m--" someone cutted him off. A guy rest his arm on his shoulders.

"Good morning! Aga natin Nathan a?" he said.

"Psh. Palagi naman akong maaga"

"Haha. Oh, about yesterday, bakit umalis agad kayo?"

"Excited kasi yung kasama namin. dito na pala tayo Nathan, bye Miks. Sa canteen na lang ulit!" Lea waved at me.

Naglakad ako papunta sa room ko. I sit on my favorite spot, beside the window.

Nagbasa ako ng libro nang may umupo sa tabi ko. I didn't bother looking, it's just a waste of time so I continued reading.

Someone handling me a paper, I just look at it and frowned.

"Application form for student council officers. Mrs Bartolome said we need to fill these up and submit it as soon as possible."

Kinuha ko na at sinagutan agad. I hate wasting time.

Dumating yung prof. He said, pinapaexcuse ang President and Vice. I nodded and stood up without any questions. I exited the room and someone followed me. The President.

We headed to Mrs. Bartolome's office and submitted the forms.

"Nakausap ko na ang Professor niyo, wag muna kayong bumalik sa klase. Meron kasing new student ngayon, please accompany him, i-tour niyo muna" she said.

I nodded.

"Hintayin niyo na lang dito si Kerr" she added before exiting the room.

Naiwan kaming dalawa nung President sa loob. I sighed.

"Ano kayang gagawin natin dito? Baka kinulong na tayo." he said.

I ignored him.

The door suddenly opened. And I saw Kerr. He smiled when he saw me  "Princess!"
