MISS NOT PERFECT

CHAPTER 9

I said I hate surprises. The reason? You'll never know what's coming right away and it'll catch you off guard.

"Good evening Miss Vice" President stood up and greeted me.

I arched my eyebrows.

"What are you doing here?" Kerr exclaimed.

"Easy bro, im just here to give these, nagkaroon ng urgent meeting kanina, since maaga kang umalis hindi ka na nasabihan kaya pinapunta na lang nila ako dito. We'll having a project. Tayo ang nakaassign sa garden. And we will gonna be excuse to our class tomorrow to do our task. Just bring extra clothes" paliwanag niya.

"Yung garden? Wala namang garden sa school ah?" tanong ni Lea.

"Exactly. Gagawa kami ng garden. Haha"

"Ang tanong, may itatanim na ba kayo? Flowers? Plants?"

"Shoulder ng school ang budget, bukas pa din kami mamimili"

"I suggest Mikki for that. You can trust her taste, I assure you" Lea smirked.

The president just shrugged. "I have to go"

I shrugged tapos hinatid na siya ni Lea palabas.

Oh, gardening.

As always, I came early but again, President was earlier.

"Mabuti naman maaga ka, Sofia gave me the budget dahil tayo ang naassign sa pagbili ng seeds, plants and flowers at kung ano-ano pa. Tara na?"

I followed him.

"Sakay na" he opened the car door for me.

Silence.

I dont talk to stranger so I didnt open my mouth to talk. He's still a stranger for me. He stopped the car just in front of the flower shop.

I frowned.

"Let's go" he said but I didn't moved. "Wala ka bang balak bumaba?"

"Why would I?" tanong ko.

Medyo nagulat pa ata siya.

"Wala akong alam sa pagbili ng gardening stuffs"

I frowned again.

I shook my head.

"I know a place not here" I said.

He started the engine. Tinuro ko yung place. Pumasok kami sa malaking botanical garden. Mom owned this.

"Good morning ma'am.. sir"

"Ah, Miss, meron po ba kayo ng lahat ng nakalista dito?"

He gave the list to the staff, and the staff smiled and we follow her inside.

She gave us dozens of plants. I frowned.

Those plants are just good in the eyes.

"Do you have herbal plants?" I asked you the staff.

"Yes ma'am"

"We want the herbal plants intead of these" I said.

"What? Are you sure? Hindi ba natin kukunin yung nasa listahan?"

I just shrugged.

The staffs showed us dozens of different herbal plants. If I'm gonna make a garden i'll make sure that it is useful not just for a decoration. I was the one who choose all the things that we needed and President didn't say anything.

"Idedeliver na lang po namin"

"For how long?" I asked.

"30 minutes po medyo malayo din po kasi ang school niyo dito"
