"Are you all ready?" Venti asked and received a nod from every person around him "Then off we go. First Aether. I will do as last time."

"I knew it was you!" (Y/N) sweat dropped as Aether said that dramatically.

"Let's just do this, I want to leave soon."

"Aw, (Y/N), you hurt my feelings! You hate Mond that much?"

"You know I move on to the next place within five years."

"Paimon still can't believe (Y/N) has been in every Nation more than once, and with about five years in between, and yet isn't older than a teenager! It goes against the laws of nature!"

"You really want to talk laws of nature with me, floating mini-child who can only float so high over the ground for no specific reason?" Paimon groaned.

"You guys want to talk or get this done with?"

"Why not both? If you will help Aether flying and using that finger-gun thing, I don't need to stay quiet, do I?"

"You have a point. Off you go, Aether!"the blonde was lifted in the air with his glider, and some kind of aura with Venti's style was circling around him. "However, (Y/N), do not interrupt me." the boy who always joked had now a serious face.

"So, Jean, Diluc and hungry, what do you want to do? Spill hot tea? Oh. Wait. I already know what you want." (Y/N) faced Paimon. "Here's a sandwich." the girl squealed and began to eat right away. "And then they were three." she smiled a little.

"It seems you are quite a knowledgeable person (Y/N). You understand human-beings very well."

"When you have traveled enough, you know how to interact with people."

"Still, you are intelligent for someone your age."

"... Thanks. Do I really look that young, by the way?"

"You look just like a normal teenager, why?"

"Oh. Nothing. I am not a teenager. I am grown up. Older than you, and by far."

"Oh you can't be, I am sure of it." Jean smiled. "You must agree, Master Diluc?" she asked the man who had held himself out of the conversation.

"Oh, yes. She looks young, but whenever in a conversation of the past, present, tactics, facts and anything you can think of, she sounds as if she has experienced all the old stories."

"You'd be surprised by my age." (Y/N) said and laughed nervously.

"Seems Aether is heading back. Wait, he seems to be changing his route... Where is he going?"

"Everybody, tough me and don't let go." Paimon quickly grabbed (Y/N)'s hair, Jean her right hand, Venti kind of patted her back and Diluc held her right overarm. "Let's go." in her mind, (Y/N) whispered a chant, and once the chant activated, they stood behind Aether.

The place they were at was some kind of circle of platforms, and with a big hole in the middle. Wind circled them as the dragon shot up from the hole, landing on the platform the team was standing at and wind shot out as a tornado. Everyone flew back, and Venti was the first one to rise again. The tornado stopped, and out came Dvalin, roaring higher than the wind.

"With the help of the best bard in the world, we are now on par with Dvalin." Venti praised himself. "Now we can fight Dvalin on equal grounds. The grandest bard is here to help!" Venti took out his bow and charged it before aiming it towards the blue creature. "But first, let me be clear... Even after a hundred years without use, Dvalin's teeth and claws are still very dangerous." He let go of the arrow as he found the right time to, hitting Dvalin when he wasn't ready, lowering his guard. The bard shot once more before his old friend flew towards then with his claws, causing everyone to run to the sides, except (Y/N). As Dvalin passed, she dragged her scythe across his feet.
