Mini: Usne diya tha gift (smiling and slightly blushing)

Preet: acha, kya diya usne 🤨

Mini just lifted her feet and kept on the couch and made sound with her anklets that Neil had gifted her..

Preet: payal? Acha hai mini, par tu iss payal pe blush kar rhi thi 😏 ya... Kuch aur bhi hai

Mini: chup kar yaar Preet kuch bhi sochti hai tu..

Preet: ha ha.. tum log bhi na.. sab cheez me slow.. I mean 3 magical words "I love you" tak nahi bola jata tum logo se

Mini: zaruri to nahi hai na yaar, ki magical words sirf 3 ho ya vo sirf "I love you" ho..

Preet: kya bol rahi yar... Ek min, matlab NEIL NE TUJHE PROPOSE KIYA!!??

Mini: shhh... Chilla kyu rahi yaar chup kar..

Preet: tu bol..

Mini nodded and blushed

Preet: usne tujhe propose bhi kar diya aur tune mujhe kuch nahi bola... Kyu?? Aur kab hua ye..

Mini: Kal raat ko.. jab usne "walk" ka bahana banake mujhe bahar le gya tha .

Preet: acha ji.. hum soch rahe the ki vo humari help kar rha tha, hum prepare kre isiliye vo tujhe bahar le gya par ye Neil ne mauke ka sahi se faida uthaye hai 😏

Mini: acha to ye sab plan tum logo ka tha.. ek min.. to uss din room me yehi plan kar rahe the aap sab??

Preet: ha.. proposal ke baare hame kuch nahi pata tha ha.. btw

Mini: ha ha thik hai..

Then she noticed the quilt and saw that it was Neil's.. she smiled on the fact that he didn't find it right to enter her room without her permission even now.. Preet noticed her smile and cleared her throat.. Mini immediately covered up and told Preet that she's going to get ready.. and Preet spoke with her for sometime, and left.. Mini got ready and came out, just to see Neil making breakfast outside... She is shocked.. She came out, and saw Neil making pasta, she loved it... She was wondering how he knew it, when he noticed her.. he came to her..

Neil (came near her ears and whispered) : Happy Birthday once again mini madam...

She shivered under his breath, he noticed this and smiled..

Mini: th..thank .. you.. tu.. tum yaha kya kar rhe ho??

Neil: 😑

Mini: I mean.. tum restaurant kyu nahi gye??

Neil: offoo.. don't worry mini madam.. aaj simpy aur geeta di aur baaki staff sab kuch sambhal lengi.. pehle (he took the pasta from the stove and served it on the plate for her) ye khao.. aur batao kaisa hai??

She took the pasta, and started eating, she savoured every flavour of the pasta, seeing her enjoying it totally, Neil smiled wholeheartedly at her.. 

Mini: mmm.. Neil bahut acha bana hai.. I mean wow... (neil just flaunted his invisible collar and mini started laughing)

Neil: hmm.. vaise bataya nahi, gift kaise laga lumhe??

Mini: bahut sundar hai Neil I loved it.. par ye tumne kharida hai kya?? I mean, tumhare choice hai kya?? isiliye puch rhi hu, kyunki normally to tumhare choice ki tarif karne ka man nahi karta..

Neil: Mini.. 😑

Mini: 😂😂 sorry sorry ha.. ab seriously bolo..

Neil: ah.. Mini.. I know mujhe ye tumhe kal batana chahiye tha.. par.. ye mere Maa ka hai.. This is really special for me.. So I thought ki mai tumhe ye gift kar du.. Dekho It's fine if you didn't like..

Mini (cutting him): shh.. kya bol rahe ho.. I told you na I loved it and now I love and respect it even more.. It's a form of her blessing for me Neil.. (cupped his face with one hand) aisa kabhi mat sochna dobara ok??

Neil smiled and nodded, but Mini did notice his teary eyes and understood it was overwhelming for him, she wiped his unshed tears and blinked her eyes in assurance, Neil smiled back at her.. This beautiful moment was spoiled by one person 😒 The one and only..
SAROJ MAMI 

She entered the haveli shouting..

Saroj mami: Mini... Minii.. Mini kaha hai tuu...

Mini came and saw her and mentally rolled her eyes, and started descending the stairs..

Saroj Mami: mini.. Mini.. Janmdin badhai ho meri bhanji.. meri pyari bhanji (and she literally hugged her so tight without giving her space to breath too)

Mini (breaking the hug) : ha.. Thank u saroj mami... Aap yaha.. subah subah??

Saroj mami: haye haye mini.. mai kya apni bhanji ko birthday wish karne nahi aa sakti kya??

Just then she saw Neil descending the stairs... She was shocked as hell.. Mini too noticed her expressions and turned back and saw Neil.. she giggled silently seeing mami's reactions..

Saroj mami: (shouting) ye kya mini... Ye ladka abhi bhi yaha hai?? Mini.. tune ab tak ise yaha rakh rakha hai??

Neil came down and stood in front of her and gave a "of course" look.. Just then, Biji, Dadu and Naeem bi came there and wished mini and greeted Neil lovingly, and then saw saroj..

Saroj mami: aye haye Biji, naeem bi, aap sab kuch nahi bolenge?? Ye ladka itne din se yahi par hai, aur aap log usse itne lagaav se baat kar rhe hai.. haa??

Dadu : dekh saroj, Neil ab sirf rasoiya nahi hai, itne dino me ye humara parivaar ka hissa ban chuka hai..

Saroj mami: parivaar?? Ye aap kya keh rhe ho?? aaj tak mini ne mujhe apna parivar nahi maana aur sab ne itni jaldi isko parivaar bana liya (everyone rolled their eyes)

Naeem bi: Tu na, apni aur Neil ki tulna to mat hi kar... Tera aur uska swabhaav me zamin aasmaan ka fark hai

Biji: ha, Neil heera hai heera.. Itne hi dino me, hum sab ke karib aa gya (caressing his face and Neil smiled, he was overwhelmed by their support for him) 

Saroj mami left from there, fuming in anger and here, everyone had a hearty laugh.. Dadu and biji gave mineil the prashad that they brought from the temple and naeem bi blessed her.. After chit chatting for some time, Mineil left for temple by rikshaw, as the temple they visited was a bit far, they went to temple and it was time to pick Arya, they picked her up, and came back home.. Mini felt that it was her best birthday, unknown to her, something was waiting for her at home...
