Mini: Preet.. Neil.. ka.. acc... accident... (and she broke down)

She started sobbing continuously, and Meera had no idea, what to do, she was trying to calm her down, but all in vain.. To say that Preet was shocked, would be an understatement, tears started flowing from her eyes as well, fortunately, Bobby was around, and was quick enough to hold her. She wasn't telling anything, when he noticed Mini's number dialed on her phone, he panicked.. He took the phone.

Bobby: Mini.. Mini tu thik hai?? Ye preet ro kyu rahi?? Mini, kuch bol..

Mini (sobbing): NEIL!!! 

That was all she was able to say, and Bobby got the gist of it.. He tried to calm her down, but nothing seemed to work, until he said this..

Bobby: Mini apne aap ko sambhal, tu kamzor nahi pad sakti.. Hume Neil ko dhundna hai.. Ab tu hi kuch bata sakti hai

Mini got a hold on herself, and knew that this was the time she needed to be strong, for her Neil.. She gathered all courage and picked up the phone which she had dropped..

Mini: Bobby.. Maine Neil se abhi abhi baat kiya tha. (her voice started breaking) (realization struck her) BOBBY!!

Bobby: Mini, mai sun raha hu, bol

Mini: ABHI KE ABHI HIGHWAY PE JAA!!!

Bobby was shocked at her sudden change in tone from grief to determination.. 

Bobby: Highway?? kya bol rahi hai??

Mini: Bobby yaar, tu nikal, pehle.. Mai tujhe sab kuch batati hu..

Bobby immediately left for the highway and found absolutely nothing..  He called Mini..

Bobby: Mini, yaha to koi nahi hai yaar, kuch nahi

Mini: what!! Nahi ye to nahi ho sakta.. 

Bobby: agar kisi ne Neil ka phone chura liya ho aur.... (he stopped midway) NEIL BHAIIII!!!!

Mini got shocked as he shouted so loud.. Bobby ran to a place which was crowded, and a man was carried into an ambulance..

Bobby: NEIL BHAI!!

Mini: Bobbyyyy!! Bobby yaar kuch to bol

Bobby (voice shivering): Neil bhai.. ko.. am.. ambulance.. me

Hearing this, Mini's throat clogged again, all her hopes started fading away, she staggered on her feet, only to see a tear-struck, worried, Meera catching her, oblivious to everything happening there.. She hung up the call, and hugged Meera with all her might and cried her heart out.. Meera stroked her hair, just like how Neil always did, to calm her down..

After a few minutes, she broke the hug, drank the water which Meera brought for her, hugged her once again, and stormed out of the office.. 

On the other hand, Bobby and Preet reached the hospital with Neil lying there lifelessly, both of them had tears in their eyes, they watched helplessly, as they took him inside the Emergency care unit.. They hugged each other, Neil had made a place in their lives, and they realized it today, a quite important one.. The entire family reached there, Dadu, Biji, Naeem Bi.. Everyone were worried for both their children..

Mini reached Arya's school, picked her up with permission and took her home immediately.. Arya was scared, she had never seen Mini like this.. She looked pale, but in a hurry.. Her face was emotionless, but eyes, teary.. As soon as they reached home, Mini just shoved a few things into a bag, and locked the house, and left with Arya..
