Neil left the place, still as devastated as he was, Vivaan's words ringing in his ears again and again..

Krisha: Aaj Neil ka Birthday tha??

Preet: Ha.. Jiss din insaan ko sabse khush hona chahiye, ussi din se nafrat karne laga hai..

They too go back, and Krisha goes to Vivaan..

Krisha: Vivaan, tumne Neil se kya bola tha??

Vivaan: Krisha, as a doctor I cannot conceal anything from him, aur jo bhi bola, usse he can help Mini and Meera..

Krisha: Aaj uska birthday hai!!

Vivaan: What??!!

Krisha explained everything what happened, and what Neil said, but Vivaan stopped her, when he saw Neil coming there.. 

Neil: Vivaan, Meera ka kuch??

Vivaan: Sorry Neil, abhi tak kuch nahi!!

The doctor comes from behind.

Doc: Abhi tak.. Par ab usko hosh aa gaya hai, aur vo Mini ke baare me puch rahi hai.. Neil??

Vivaan: Chalo Neil!!

Neil: Hmm

They go inside and Neil sees Meera lying there, staring at the ceiling above, with no expressions on her face. He went to her.

Neil: Meera..

Meera: Neil... Mini??

Neil: Usko hosh aa gaya hai.. So rahi hai abhi!! Tu bol, kaisa lag raha hai??

Meera: Hmm..

She wasn't answering anythin except 'hmm' for anything he said or asked, she didn't even look at him, she was only staring at the ceiling. Neil was having a hard time trying not to break down.

Neil: Meera, kuch bol na!! Tujhe koi baat pareshan kar rahi hai kya??

Meera: Kya bolu?? Kuch nahi..

And then, sometime later, she fell asleep, and Neil came out completely broken, not able to take it anymore.. He came and sat on the chair, holding his head, and Biji cried silently looking at his condition and being helpless. Bobby came to him.

Bobby: Neil bhai!! Meera thik to hai na??

Neil: Vo thik hai, ya nahi hai, vo baat karegi to pata chalega na bhai!! Doctors ke hisaab se to haa, she is fine!!

His words were deprived of emotion, when Vivaan came to them..

Vivaan: Neil..

Neil: Ha vivaan, sab thik hai??

Vivaan: Haa, sab thik hai, aur zyada physical wounds nahi hai, isiliye, aaj discharge ho sakta hai..

Neil: Par unhe to abhi abhi hosh....

Vivaan: Neil vo shock ke vajah se zyada tha, aur wounds ke vajah se kam.. They need homely environment, that is the main reason.. Hospital me unke mental condition me koi sudhar nahi aayega.. So...

Neil: We'll take them home today!!

Vivaan: Okay, mai discharge papers ready karata hu.. Shaam tak discharge ho jaayega, and Mini's awake now!! And here, take this.. 

He handed a packet to Neil..

Vivaan: Ye uske accessories, jo test ke time nikala tha..

Neil saw the necklace, anklets, toe rings, the watch and a small pair of earrings in them.. He touched it lovingly, and reminisced all moments of theirs.. Vivaan tapped his shoulder and left from there..
