Neil smiled as he watched her sleeping with a peaceful smile on her face from the window..
But what burst his little bubble of happiness was the thought that she would leave to Bangalore the next day 🥺
He went to the balcony to get some fresh air and wipe out all the thoughts clouding his mind, he quietly sat down and watched the sunrise 🌄
He gave himself a pep talk that this time too shall pass, but the thought that it would be difficult for Mini to leave to Bangalore after this nightmare was worrying him unnecessarily, to brush away all his thoughts, he went to make tea for himself and Mini and thought to wake her up as well

Mini's room

The sun rays peeped into the room breaking Mini's sleep, she smiled and woke up, but seeing the bed empty beside her, all negative thoughts clouded her mind, as she remembered that Neil was with her, when she slept.. She started panicking, but calmed herself down a bit so that she could check outside.. She stormed out of her room, and a tranquil smile took the place of the frown lines on her forehead, when she saw Neil making tea with full concentration, that he didn't notice her coming out..

She stood there adoring him making tea, so lost in him.. After a few minutes, he looked towards her, and saw her staring at him continuously. But what made him visibly relaxed was the fact that she smiled the smile that took his heart away for the millionth time..

He eyed her to sit on the couch and she did, he took the tea and gave it to her, he himself sat down next to her with his tea..

Neil: ab kaisa lag raha hai?

Mini: thik hu.. chai bohot achi hai

Neil: I know 😎😏

Mini (enjoying her tea): vaise itni jaldi kyu uth gaye?

Neil: mini madam, aaj se mujhe restaurant jaana hai, bhul gayi kya?

Mini: oh ha, mai to bhul hi gayi, aaj Chef Neil Oberoi ki Patiala babes me vaapsi (she said dramatically)

Neil: 😂😂 chalo mai jaa raha hu ready hone, tum aaj rest Karo ok?

Mini: haa, aur kal to...

Neil sensed her hesitation

Neil (cupped her face) : tum jaao rest Karo, dadu Biji ke saath time spend karo.. hmm??

Mini: hmm 🙂

Neil went to get ready and Mini went to Naeem Bi's house to meet them..
After some time, Neil reached the restaurant.. Everyone were surprised to find him there and even more when he went inside Mini's cabin.. They were shocked to say the least, when he walked out of her cabin, with his head chef's uniform 😶

They could see Chef Neil Oberoi back in form, as he was instructing all the waiters and other staff on how to change the style of setting the table and they smiled as they saw a ray of hope of bringing the restaurant back in it's glory..

He entered the kitchen and saw simpy, geeta di and Khursheed miyan looking at him with a lot of hope, but he ushered all of them into work, with his khadus head chef form taking over, he started with the determination that everything has to be perfect from now..

In afternoon

Neil was working in the kitchen and his phone rang.. He was so engrossed in work that he picked it up without seeing who it is..

Neil: jo bhi hai please baad me call karna I'm busy right now

Caller: acha? Itni busy ho ki dekhe bina call utha liya tumne

Neil (smiling): ha, ab kya karu, itna kaam mujh bechare ko sambhalna pad raha hai 😏

Caller: acha? Kisne bola itna load lene ko?

Neil: vo kya hai na, meri jo boss hai, unko mujh shareef pe bilkul taras nahi aata, maine kaam nahi kiya to naukri pe ban aayegi, kaam to karna padega..

Caller: ha to, ab responsibility liya hai, to karna to padega na, complain karke kya faida Neil Oberoi?

Neil: ha ha, gareebi kya kuch nahi karvata insaan se  mini madam

Mini: bas bas zyada drama mat karo tum, maine bas ye batane ke liye call kiya hai ki mai Preet ke sath bahar Jaa rahi hu...

Neil: mujhe kyu bata rahi ho?

Mini: kyunki mujhe aane me der ho sakta hai, aur ho sake to thoda jaldi ghar jaa sakte ho kya?? Arya Rani didi ke saath akeli hai aur Rani didi ko ghar bhi to jaana padega na...

Neil: acha ok, mai jitna jaldi ho sake kaam khatam karke ghar jaata hu, you guys enjoy ok?

Mini: okay.. chalo mai chalti hu, bye

Neil: bye

And they cut the call.. and Neil got back to work, while mini went with Preet to their cafe, and started talking..

Preet: aur bata.. kya chal raha hai??

Mini: kuch nahi yaar Preet (she was thinking about last night nightmare)

Preet: kya hua mini? Kuch to hua hai, bol sachi sachi

Mini: yaar Preet kaure kal raat (she narrated the whole incident) aur pata nahi kyu, mann bechain sa ho raha hai..

Preet: hmmm.. to finally, meri mini kisi ke liye Darr Rahi hai..

Mini: ho gaya tera? Ab bol na kuch ki kya karu mai

Preet: hota hai mini, uss sapne ki vajah se tu darr rahi hai.. usse bhul Jaa, matarani hai tumhare saath

Mini: darr to lagta hai preet kaure par sapne se nahi, insaan se..

Preet: par kis se mini??

Mini:.....
