Namjoon could not sleep as he still thought about the secret that Jungkook had revealed to him. He kept staring at the ceiling while lying on top of his bed. His mind was still in a state of shock. It was as if his brain had ceased to function. He couldn't hold on to any concrete thought, and his eyes were empty, as if in a stupor.

Glancing to his left, he saw his computer screen lighting up, reminding him that the device was still on. He got up from his bed and jerked in his big chair as his eyes caught sight of his beautiful hostage, who was sleeping peacefully.
"Han Aera...," sudden goosebumps spread all over his body when he spoke her name. His heart started to pace so fast that he thought it might burst every time he thought about her.
He believed that his plan to take revenge on Han Si Woo would go smoothly. Yet since the day the girl was near him, he did not seem to be in control of himself or his overwhelming emotions. Besides, he had to admit that it was hard for him to keep everything under control with his trusted men as they too were attracted to the hostage.
Namjoon left the house early in the morning while all the housemates were still deep in dreamland. He drove the Goheung to visit his parent's grave.
"Appa, eomma, how are you today? I'm sorry for not visiting you lately. I was so busy." He placed bouquets on each concrete tomb. His parents were buried side by side, wishing to be next to each, even beyond death.
"I don't know where I should go to get advice. Sometimes I feel helpless without you, Appa. Remember my promise to you? To take revenge on Han Si Woo? I managed to catch his daughter, and I thought I would successfully bring down that evil man. Yet right now, I'm unsure about myself, unsure about my feelings." He paused, looking at his late father's picture that had been on display on the grave, then turned to look at his mother's picture. Namjoon still remembered what his father had told him about their journey of love.
"My son, your mother was the best thing that ever happened to me. I fell in love with her at the first sight. However, our love story was not a good one. Your halabeoji didn't like her as he already had his own choice. He said that your mother was not good enough for me. Despite that, I didn't want to give up. I fought everything and everyone, just to be with her. And let me assure you that she was worth fighting for."
"Should I listen to my heart? Just for once? And forget about the revenge? Would that make me an unfaithful son to you? Please forgive me, yet I have to break my promise to you," he added, feeling guilty as he felt stuck between his wish for vengeance and his heart feeling warm when he thought about Aera's smile. .

"So, are you sure all this information is legit? Can you confirm that for me?" Namjoon questioned the youngest, his eyes scanning every detail on the papers in his hand, page by page, word by word.
