Someone had just confessed, though no one knows who. Nor would it even be obvious that they were together.

It will be hard to see who had just confessed to who, though it'd be figured out soon.

The next day, it was cold. It's getting towards winter, and well Christmas.

Espresso's pov:

Jeez it's cold in the house.. why is it so cold..oh maybe it's because it's literally 27 outside.

I turned the temperature up on the thermostat. I went back to our room and glanced at Madeline who was still asleep.

I wonder what we could do today? We just went through a whole lot so I'll just hand out with him.

I sat down next to him. He looks so peaceful. I picked up a bit of his hair in the front of his face and began to braid his hair. His hair so incredibly soft!

As I was finishing up braiding his hair, I heard him groan. He might be up. I grabbed a small hair tie and tied his braid together.

As I took my hands away, he pulled me down and kissed me. Jeez did that scare me. I wish he'd stop scaring me like that!

"Madeline why do you pull me down like that..it's annoying." I complained as he held me tighter and tighter.

"Because your comfy... soft and warm.." He placed his lips on my forehead.

He's not going to let go for a while isn't he? Uhg whatever.

Tinsel's pov:

Okay I've been in this kingdom for...like a week and it's pretty good. Well it wouldn't be if Holly wasn't here.

Well that's cheesy but you get the point. Oh wait my cousin lives here!? Since when did she get here? Or I guess she could've been here the whole time.

"Oh hi Tinsel! I haven't seen you in a bit. How are you?" Cotton cookie ran over to me. Ah my lovable cousin. Sometimes I wish I could have her energy. Though I feel really bad that her best friend died so I gotta stay near her and give her company.

"Hi Cotton! I'm fine, when'd you start living here?"  I asked.

"Oh like two months ago or something? I don't remember it's been a bit." She laughed awkwardly.

"Oh that's cool." I said looking over to Holly. I can't tell who she's talking to, but I can tell it's her.

"Oh well I need to get going! Since it's cold out and all people want me to check if there could be an upcoming blizzard so I have to go!" She smiled and jogged off.

Oh typical. I'm so much better and I can detect them quicker but if I just learned how to speak up then I could help. It's one of my favorite things to do too!

Though I'm just getting salty. Holly glanced over to me and waved. She finished up her conversation and walked over to me.

"Well good morning!" She greeted me with a hug today. "Rather cold eh?" She looked around at the ice on the ground and on the roofs of people's houses.

"Yeah but I love cold days." I picked up a sheet of ice. About a minute into our conversation, it began to snow, like a lot.

I love it when it snows! Though our home town is always covered in snow, it's still nice.

As me and Holly were having our conversation, someone walked over to us.

"Oh well good morning you two! I haven't been able to properly introduce myself so why don't I get started! The name's Raspberry, protecter and fighter in the name of the scarlets blade!" She held out a firm hand and smiled. I cautiously took her hand and shook it.

I could hear Holly snicker at how I shook her hand. I just rolled my eyes and glared at her. I may be a bit quieter but my death stare could kill.

Madeline finally got up and Latte had come to visit.

"So I need to talk to you too about something." She sat down on the couch. "It's about Holly and Tinsel." She put her hands on her legs and looked at us.

Madeline took a seat across from her and I sat down on his lap. "Okay what about them?" I asked trying to get settled.

"I kind of think they have like..a thing for each other..I'm not too sure though." She started.

"Why do you think that?" I wonder why she thinks that? They just look like close friends.

"It's only because they're super touchy, I've heard Holly say that she wants to spend the night and cuddle with Tinsel because she's apparently had been getting nightmares!" She looked out the window towards them.

"Maybe.." Madeline began to mess with my hair.

"There's plenty of other reasons too! Tinsel usually blushes when Holly gives her a surprise hug! It's not very obvious, but it's there!" She seems too political for this.

Well I kind of have to agree.

I kept an eye on the two when me and Madeline went out. They really do seem like a power couple now that she's mentioned it.

That's when one fateful day I was taking a small walk through the woods when I saw the two in a little field. I know it would be rude to stalk but I was curious.

They were having a small picnic and just as I was about to leave, I saw Holly plant a kiss on Tinsel's cheek!

Latte was right.

I made sure I told Latte and Madeleine, of course Latte and her little cheesy self squealed to herself. God she's annoying. Though still gotta love her.
