Kloe's new friend

Summary: Lucas takes Kloe out on an excursion to the Icelands, while Ingo is busy training with the Security corp, while Lucas is busy organizing his Pokédex side notes, Kloe wanders off a ways and start playing with a small group of Snorunts, and then something finds her...

Note: Kloe is Ingo's adopted daughter, she's also fell through a rift, she calls Ingo 'Pago' a combo of papa and Ingo.

"Just stay close to me Kloe, If anything happens to you I'm dead man." Lucas shuddered as he recalled Ingo's threat of putting him in the ground, if he sees even one scratch on the little girl, Kloe nodded as she followed after the teen, they wandered the Icelands looking for and catching random Pokémon, but after a while Kloe started getting bored and restless, while Lucas was busy writing down entries in his Pokédex, the five year old wandered off before long she ended up in a wooded area and was greeted by a small group of Snorunts, One of them noticed her and panicked causing it and the group to hide!

Kloe took out some crunchy salt and held it out, it wasn't long before one of the Snorunts smelled the treat and cautiously came out of hiding, It approached the little red eyed girl eying her warily before taking the salt from her and chowed down, a few seconds the other Snorunts came out of hiding and started crowding around Kloe, it wasn't long before the Snorunts started playing with her, the started building snow men and a fort and throwing snowballs at each other when one of the Snorunts threw a snow ball a bit too far and hit something....something angry.

Kloe hadn't even noticed the danger she was in as she was busy making another round of snowballs, when she found an Ultraball buried under the snow. *I'll give it to Lucas or Pago later...* She thought as she put it in her satchel, suddenly all the Snorunts came running in terror they all cowered behind the confused little girl who finally noticed the shadow looming over them, Kloe turned around and stared blankly at the large Pokémon before tossing the ultraball she found at it...

Lucas's focus on his dex entries was cut short when he heard the familiar sound of a Pokéballs popper going off, it was then the raven hared teen noticed Kloe was gone! Lucas felt his stomach plummet into his feet, he hopped off the rock he was sitting on and immediately went searching for the tot, he found a trail of small boot prints headed down the hill a short ways he followed them to a small clearing there; To his relief, he found Kloe! She was just playing around with a couple Snorunts, said Pokémon all scattered as soon as the saw Lucas running towards them.

Kloe whirled around and shot Lucas an annoyed look for scaring her new friends away. "What were you doing wandering off like that, Ingo would've skinned me alive!" Lucas scolded Kloe shrank in on herself, then shew took out the Ultraball hoping he accept as a peace offering, But Lucas noticed the ball's charge was spent....Did Kloe catch something? Well, she was playing with Snorunts so maybe she caught one? That wouldn't be so bad, they're pretty common and Ingo wouldn't have to know about this little incident, Kloe tossed the ball to let the Pokémon out, Lucas nearly shat himself with fear...."THAT'S NO SNORUNT!?" he mentally screamed.

When Ingo returned to his camp by Lady Sneasler's den, he was greeted by the sound of Kloe giggling, a small smile settled on the warden's face as he got closer expecting to see his daughter running around playing catch with Riolu and Drizzlier; and maybe a few Sneasel kits, but as Ingo rounded the corner he felt his blood suddenly run cold at the sight of the giant Alpha Garchomp creeping around his yard!

Ingo saw Kloe just sitting playing completely oblivious of the threat! Immediately Ingo's breathing became unsteady as his shaking hand started going for Alakazam's ball, when Lucas came seemly out of nowhere frantically shaking his head.

Assuming it was the teen's Garchomp the time jumping man backed off, but his surprise when the dragon type noticed Ingo approaching it stood over Kloe protectively and started growling. "No!" Kloe huffed the Garchomp let out a hiss and laid down while eyeing the startled warden. " Lucas... Call it back" Ingo snapped while gesturing for Kloe to come stand by him.

The teen sweating bullets "I can't do that I'm afraid" Ingo shot the kid an incredulous look. "Why not?" Lucas awkwardly nodded at Kloe and to Ingo's shock his daughter pulled out an Ultraball and called back her Garchomp, Oh if looks could kill! Lucas would be a pile of ashes right now... "So... I can explain." The verbal lashing the warden unleashed on Lucas could be heard all the way to the Pearl settlement.
