Emmet: Your were a teacher at the Nimbasa trainer's academy you were the double battle instructor and the last "gym leader" in the school's simulation league, beat all eight faculty head members and the student gets their graduation certificate, which is now legally required in order for students to get their trainers license. Anyway, today you were on call for a fresh batch wannabe graduates and had go in early to set up your homeroom.

It was early morning and you were speed walking to work when you met up with your coworker. [M/n] he greeted you and handed you a coffee like he always did when you were both put on early shift, You and linked you arm with his as the two of to you walked and talked unaware that your boyfriend Emmet had seen you, His stomach churned as he watched you clinging to and acting affectionate towards another guy, Emmet felt hurt and betrayed, he angerly crushed the coffee cup in his hand as he watched you walk away.

Needless to say you were confused by your boyfriend and his brother's sudden change in attitude towards you, Emmet was quiet and ignored you whenever you came to visit, and the few times he did speak up anything he said to you was backhanded or passive aggressive, and he even rebuffed you when you asked him out, it got to the point where you were second guessing this relationship!

Then one day Ingo upon seeing how miserable you and Emmet were decided to reach out, He found you at the park sitting alone on a bench, he hummed getting drink out the vending machine and offering it to you. "What?" you muttered flatly while looking up at him with red swollen eyes, it was clear you've crying.

Ingo's frown deepened as he took a seat next to you. "Drink this first." You huffed taking the drink from him, Ingo's big brother instincts must've gone off, not a surprise as you probably looked as crappy as you felt, Ingo silently watched you, before getting straight to point. "I'll be frank here, did you cheat on my brother?" That caused you to choke on your drink and do a spit-take.

"Wha*cough-cough* What the hell are you talking about?!"

"Emmet told me he saw you with another man a few weeks ago, and you both seemed... close."

"What is he- I would never--....oh shit!"

Your eyes widen as you realized what he was talking about. "Did Emmet happen to see what this man looked like?" He believed you since you're not one to joke or lie about that sort of thing. "Out of curiosity did my brother even ask you about M/n?" You shook your head and Ingo got this unreadable look on his face. "I see, give me five minutes." You watched on confused as Ingo took out his phone texted someone before getting up and leaving.

You sat on that bench alone for what seemed like hours before hearing the sound of footsteps coming toward at a rapid pace, "What now..." you murmured looking up, you were baffled when you saw a panicked and out of breath Emmet with his Pokéballs at the ready!

He looked around the park in a confused frenzy, before seeing you sitting on the bench gawking at him, before you could even ask what he was doing here? Emmet had pulled you off the bench and into a tight rib crushing hug.

"e-Emmet what are y-?" He cut you off frantically scanning your body for injuries. "Are you okay? did they do anything? Where did they go?" he demanded while gripping you shoulders, You were completely lost. "What are you talking about, where did who go?" Emmet looked at you like you grew three heads. "The trainers who ambushed you!" You blinked bewildered. "I wasn't ambushed, who told you that?" Emmet's mouth opened then closed as he realized Ingo had lied to him!
