Person A:" [on the phone] I just got back from the store/mall, But I have this nagging feeling I've forgot something..."

Person B: "[on the phone standing in a parking lot.] Yeah, you forgot me/us."

"Are you sure you don't wanna come in with us?" You asked your husband as you helped your kids out of their car seats to go grocery/clothes shopping at the mall, Gage asked if he could get cotton-candy? While Sally asked for pop-rocks, Emmet shook his head. "Nah... I'm just stay in the car and take a nap." He hummed tiredly giving you a quick kiss on cheek. "you two behave." he said wagging his finger at the kids gave their dad a somewhat offended look as you ushered them away.

(5 minutes later...)

Emmet woke up with a start he looked around confused as to why he was in the car sleeping in a parking lot? Emmet thought long and hard about it... nothing! "Well, If I forgot then it probably wasn't important." He assured himself before starting the car and driving home, but that nagging feeling that he was forgetting something veerrry important, would not go away!

Emmet started going over how his week went. Maybe it was work related? No, nothing major came up! Battles went as scheduled, no delays with the trains or any incidents with the passengers... Maybe at home? Emmet was nervous as he pulled into his garage and got out of his car.

He mentally went over the week again this time focusing on his home life, nothing out of the ordinary happened. except... For Sally losing her first tooth and Gage getting jealous of the attention it got her, and he tried pull out one of his non-loose teeth, but thankfully none of his teeth would budge.

Needless to say, the night ended in a very long time out for his son; who tried to flush his twin sister's tooth down the toilet! But, that's not what Emmet was forgetting... Did he borrow Ingo's lawnmower? He looked out the living room window looking at his brother's house across the road, Emmet saw Ingo using said lawnmower...So, that's not it either.

Emmet was pacing his living room as his Pokémon watched on curiously, this whole forgetting business was driving him nuts! "What the hell am I missing?!" he shouted to the ceiling a few moments later his Rotom phone started ringing, Emmet took a deep breath so he wouldn't sound annoyed when he answered. "Hello, this is Emmet" Your voice greeted him on the other side of the phone, and oh boy... you were using your 'you just screwed up big-time!' tone, which made Emmet's stomach churn nervously as he prayed for the poor soul that ticked you off!

"Emmet, where are you right now?"

"At home?"

"From?"

"I just got back from the mall."

You inhaled sharply and asked if he bought anything while he was there? "No, but I have this nagging feeling I've forgot something..." He huffed in obvious frustration, You snorted and said cold flat tone. "Yeah, you forgot us." Cut to You and your Machamp who was busy holding your sleeping twins and extra shopping bags in it's hands, standing in the mall parking lot; staring at the empty space where the car used to be.

Emmet's eyes widened to size of a Hoothoot's a his brain jump started and remembered why he was sleeping in the mall parking lot! "Oh Shit! he cussed out loud and grabbed his car keys, Emmet wasn't sure how many traffic laws he violated getting back to the mall, but he made it! He sounded like a broken record as he apologized to you and the kids! Needless to say You and Emmet laugh about it now, but at the time you were very upset with him.
