Ingo and Emmet as Irkens, they were Tallest candidates along with Red and Purple, but then rumors of the twins being defects started going around; which voided their candidacy. Now they're in charge of the space metro and travel services. Also, those rumors about them being defects? might not be far off! As neither Ingo nor Emmet hold any real respect towards their tallest.
They've openly mocked Red and Purple on a number of occasions,(which they can get away with, because of their height.) and have even delayed and sabotaged a few snack and weapon deliveries to the Massive because. "why the frak not?" Not only that, but they've also been known to treat their shorter underlings with kindness and respect. The twins both see Irk's height base class system as stupid and outdated. Though they do have to put an act whenever Red and Purple are visiting the Depo, so not to draw suspicion to themselves.
Ingo is telling Emmet to behave himself while the tallest are visiting the the transportation depot.
