Sa side ko ay na dedetect narin naman ng Isa pang computer pinag uusapan namin but I also take note the important details on my computer.

"Oh. Thank you so much, Ma'am Buenaventura, Now may I please get your bank account number and the name of the account?'

"Thank you ma'am. Let me just check on it. Ok aha.." Usap ko habang tinatype na ang sinasabi saakin "Ok, Ma'am Could you please check if I type the right spelling of your name ma'am? I will going to spell it"

('It's double L ma'am ')
