He simply hug her tight but very careful at the some time.

Maya: (crying) Massimo, don't leave! Please don't leave me alone, please!
Massimo: Mio piccolo miracolo, calmati per favore! Basta piangere! Sono qui con te e non andrò da nessuna parte, lo prometto!
Massimo: My little miracle, calm down please! Stop crying! I'm here with you and I'm not going anywhere, I promise!
Massimo: Io faccio qualsiasi cosa, tu vuoi ma ti prego di non piangere più!
Dimmi cosa posso fare per rivedere il sorriso più bello del mondo?

Domenico go out from Massimo's car, heading for his car, along with Laura and Olga.
Massimo:Principessa, posso guidare, o vuoi che stia con te?
Massimo: Princess , can I drive, or do you want me to stay next to you?
Maya: Se non ti dispiace, mi piacerebbe che tu restassi con me.
