Laura is awakened to reality by Massimo's voice.

Massimo: Laura, are you okay? Is everything okay ?

Laura: (slightly confused) Yes... yes, I'm fine!

Massimo: Laura, what's going on? You have been standing still for more than 15 minutes, watching me put Maya to sleep, and your eyes are full of tears.

Laura: I'm fine, you have nothing to worry about.

Let's go,  you say  earlier you want to talk with me, Domenico and Olga. 

I think it's time to go down.

Let's not let them wait for us.

After Laura made sure that the little one was well wrapped and kissed her on the forehead, the good night kiss, the  two left the little one's room.

Making a short stop in Matteo's room. After they wrapped him and both kissed him on the forehead, they went down the stairs, heading towards the library where Domenico and Olga were waiting for them.

Olga: ( looking at them playfully ) Hey you pigeons. What took you so long to put my doll to sleep?! Do you have something to tell us?

Laura: Olgaaaa...

Massimo: Olga, can you please stop with inappropriate jokes?

This is not the time. We have important things to discuss .

Olga: Mr. Grumpy, it seems that he is not in a good mood tonight.

All right all right, I won't say anything more.

Massimo: (turning extremely serious)

Domenico, Laura, can someone explain to me what happened tonight?

Domenico and Laura look at each other for a few seconds, not knowing how to react!

Massimo: (nervous) I'm waiting...

Domenico: Shortly after we left, Maya wanted us to return because she has something to give you.

Massimo: (confused) Give me something? What?

Domenico: We don't know! Laura told her that we can't go back, but that she could give me that thing, and I'll make sure you get it.

But she refused, saying that it was something very important and that she had to give it to you personally.

Massimo: I'm starting to lose my patience!

What interests me is how was it possible for Maya to end up in the middle of the streets?

Domenico: Seeing that we did not return, she became very agitated, started to cry and in a matter of seconds practically jumped from the back seat of the car to the driver's right seat, and then...

Massino: (screaming) Then what? Speak once!

Domenico: Then she managed to open the car door and jumped on the road.

Massimo: ( burning with anger ) WHAT? This must be a bad joke! How is it possible that 4 Adults are not able to take care of a 4 year old child?

( screaming ) Damn it! How irresponsible can you two be!?

Massimo turns his gaze to Laura and approaches, just a few steps away from her.

Massimo: What was in your head? For God's sake ?

Did you prefer to let your child cry until exhaustion, just because you didn't want her to see me?

When I arrived and hug her she can't breath properly because of how much she was crying!

Do you really hate me that much?

Have you thought how much could have happened to her just because of your pride?

Shit, did you think she might be faint by letting her cry so much?
