Olga, looking at Massimo who was visibly worried, allows him to approach Laura.

After pouring medicinal alcohol on a sterile compress, he sits on the edge of the couch, and with just two movements, as if Laura's body were a child's body, he brings Laura back into his arms.
He gently lifted her head, supporting her on one of his arms, and brought the compress soaked in medicinal alcohol closer to her nostrils.
Although he seemed extremely confident in everything he was doing, his hands were shaking terribly, and his heart was pounding, seeing Laura inert in his arms.
