NATALIA ELYSE DELAVIN

Hearing him say those words disgust me.

As I stood by the roof, having an eye on him while he was hurting Avyanna, it took me a lot of strength to stop myself from jumping down.

I saw a bomb behind the pillar meters away from where Avyanna is at. If I attack there right now without any plan, this place might blow up and none of us might get out of here alive. I need to lessen the number of his men first before doing something.

Jumping down the roof, I ran to an abandoned building that was just opposite the warehouse where he kept Avyanna.

I placed an alarm censor by the door as I prepared my sniper. Killing the men from the outside is enough to lessen the possible attacks from the back.

From what I observed the men here are not more than 30.

Almost all of the men I have seen are stationed on the outside or near the doors. It would be easy to take them out, but the chances of him knowing I'm here already is crucial. He might hurt Avyanna.

But I need to risk it.

I need to kill him before he notices that his men are dead.

Placing the sniper by the window, I attached the silencer I created making sure that it won't make any sound.

"Shit," I held my head on the sudden headache.

"Please, not now," I whispered trying to focus myself.

Since this sniper is modified by me, I can consecutively shoot five men at a time. I just need to be quick.

Aiming straight at the first man, I shot him in the head following the other two with him. Three men arrived and I shot them dead before quickly reloading my bullets. I shot three more before reloading another set of bullets.

Five of them looked in my direction as they all ran to this building. "Well, shit," I shook my head and calmly placed the sniper down.

I took my gun and leaned my back against the wall, waiting for them to arrive. When I heard footsteps nearing, I casually walked to the doorway seeing two of them run inside with their guns but immediately dropped to the floor as they got electrocuted.

"Damn, it works!" I said in delight before shooting three of them in the head.

I walked past them, running to the warehouse as I plan to just kill them off silently.

I was about to cross the street when someone grabbed my arm, pulling me back.

"Not so fast."

Turning around, I was met with Aries' furious expression.

"You don't get to pull that shit on me. What were you thinking?!" He scolded as I saw dad, Cole, Zeke, Matteo, and Nicholas in his behind.

"What the fuck..." I muttered under my breath.

"Natalia," dad called making me look at him.

"How the hell."

THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW

Aries sat in his office holding pieces of documents as he read them intently one by one.

He couldn't believe his eyes. These papers were kept in the resthouse property that Natalia had borrowed a few months ago.

Her message earlier was the reason he went to that place in the first place. he just saw the envelope on top of a bed, sealed neatly as if it was ready-made for him to see.
