She's A Lady

Mikey saw her become who she was today and never could do anything to help her no matter how much he desired to do that.

If there was someone he probably held higher than Shinichiro it would be her, especially after that incident.

Haruchiyo was amazing and Mikey was happy to have been able to see her become who she is despite all the pain she went through.

Their first meeting was just as babies, their mothers had been bestfriends and wanted all their kids to be friends too, and from what Mansuke told Mikey, they had been so close to the point they would cry when it was time for the other to go home.

"You really hated being separated but you couldn't stay together all the time" mansuke hummed looking nostagicaly to a photo of his daughter-in-law and her bestfriend with baby Sanzu and Mikey

The first memory Mikey really remembers of them together was when they were four. Senju had gotten sick so Masako sent Takeomi and Sanzu to her best friend's father-in-law so they wouldn't also get sick.

"Manjiro, do you mind rooming with Haruchiyo?" Mansuke asked his youngest grandson

"No" Mikey had said because while he was normally possessive of his things he didn't feel like he should be like that when it comes to sharing with Sanzu

"Take him to your room then" Mansuke said patting his grandson's head

"Come on, HaruHaru!" Mikey said grabbing Sanzu and taking him to his room

Sanzu was still a he at the time but he did like to look a lot at pretty things

The next memory was of the day before that day , Baji hadn't been able to come and Sneju had decided to go play with some girls of her class. The two were alone and playing in the back garden of the Sano house when Sanzu voiced for the first time what he really wanted at the time.

"ManMan" Sanzu called softly and Mikey looked at him

"What is it, Haruharu?" Mikey asked at his bestfriend

"Is it wrong that I wish I was a girl or that I like feminine things?" he asked with a low and soft voice

"Hmm, I don't know: Mikey answered sincerely "But whatever you choose I will be there by your side!" he grins at her(?) who smiles back and hugs him

Sanzu was questioning at the time.

The next memory was years after that day , which Mikey still blames himself for it even if he hides it, when he was walking around and saw Takeomi cursing a kid in a dress to which Mikey went to see what was going on.

"Are you trying to embarrass me and Senju?! You are a man so act like it!" Takeomi was shouting and that made Mikey realize that the kid was Sanzu "Mother would be so disappointed in you! This is probably why Manjito gave you those scars!" Mikey froze at that at the same time Sanzu glared at her brother with tears on her eyes and ran away

"God knows why Shin-nii likes you when you are such a piece of shit" Mikey said making Takeomi notice him but he left before Takeomi could call him

Sanzu had finally realized who she was
