The next afternoon Caleb was picked up by Kelly. "Hey, how was it?" Kelly asked. "Well, we got the math test back." Caleb said. "And?" Kelly asked. "C." Caleb said. "Very good." Kelly said. "Thanks. Also, for letting me keep the puppy." Caleb said. "You are welcome. You've always taken good care of your Aquarium, so this morning we decided not only to buy supplies for the pup, but also new supplies for your Aquarium." Kelly said. "Are you serious. I'm getting fishes again?" Caleb asked. "Yes. Of course, but only if you want." Kelly said. Caleb nodded. At the mall, they got a shopping cart and went to the pet store. "Dad, can I have the doggy bed in my room?" Caleb asked. "If that's what you want, sure, why not." Kelly said. Caleb put a dog bed on the shelf. "Have you got a name for him yet?" Kelly asked. "Yeah, you know that radio DJ I always listen to?" Caleb asked. "Yeah wait, what was his name again...Mocha?" Kelly asked. "Yeah, right." Caleb said. "I like it." Kelly said. They bought various dog toys, food and water bowls, collars and leashes and whatever else you need. Then they bought the new aquarium equipment and then drove to the vet. In practice, they were already expected. "Well, you two. Are you okay?' Nancy asked. "I'm excited and nervous at the same time." Caleb said, rubbing his hands together. Then they could hear the little puppy barking excitedly. "Are you ready?" Nancy asked. "Oh yeah. Release him." Caleb said, sitting on the floor. Nancy opened one of the doors and the little puppy ran into Caleb's arms. "Awe, hey cutie." Caleb said. "He's recovered well. We chipped and vaccinated him and now he is ready for his new life." the vet said. "Did you hear, Mocha. Now your new life starts." Caleb said and the puppy barked excitedly. "Mocha?" Nancy asked. "Yeah, and I think he likes it." Caleb said. "Good. Here are all the necessary papers... well, then I wish you all the best with the little guy and you know if anything is wrong, just give us a quick call." the vet said. Kelly and Caleb said thank you and went home.

"We're back." Kelly said as the two walked through the door. "Aw, he's cute." Layla said. Caleb let Mocha off the leash. Spiky and Filou also came out of the living room to greet their new family member. "It seems the three of them get along well." Sylvie said. Spiky and Filou ran back into the living room and Mocha ran after them. "Have you got a name for him yet?" Sylvie asked. "Yes, Mocha." Caleb said. As soon as Caleb said the name, Mocha stood at the end of the aisle, tail wagging. "It seems he already has that name burned into his mind." Kelly said, pointing down the aisle. Caleb and Sylvie chuckled. "Will you help me carry everything in?" Kelly asked. "Yes, sure." Caleb said. They went into the garage and got the dog accessories they had bought out of the trunk. "Where are the others anyway?" Caleb asked. "Stella and Matt went shopping with the boys, Andrew and Julian are still out with friends and Lydia and the 3 youngest ones are sleeping upstairs." Sylvie said and helped them unpack the shopping bags. Kelly put the dog bed on the kitchen floor and Filou got into it right away. "No Filou, that bed isn't for you." Caleb said, scratching Filous's head. "Kelly, by the way. Your sister called. She's flying to Chicago tomorrow," Sylvie said. "Oh man and I was going to the Millennium Park Ice Rink with my friends tomorrow." Caleb said. "You can. She'll stay for a few days." Sylvie said. "Very good." Caleb said. "We've already prepared the guest room." Sylvie said. "I'll take Mocha's stuff upstairs now." Caleb said. "Upstairs?" Sylvie asked. "Yes. Dad allowed me, that Mocha can sleep in my room." Caleb said, picking up Filou who was still in the dog bed. "Well then." Sylvie smiled. Caleb carried the bed upstairs to his room and placed it next to his bed. Then he heard the front door being unlocked. "Awe, he's so cute." Stella said. "What's his name?" Levi asked. "Mocha." Caleb said, sitting on the stairs. "May we play with him?" Benjamin asked. "Sure, but don't overdo it." Caleb said. The boys ran into the living room and Mocha ran after them. «Mocha? Isn't that the name of the radio DJ you love to listen to?" Stella asked. "Exactly." Caleb said. "Need help with the aquarium?" Kelly asked. "I've already done that. Now all that's missing is the water and the fish." Caleb said. "We're going to the pet store next week." Kelly said. "Did Sylvie tell you that Katie will come tomorrow?" Stella asked. "Yes, she has. However, I won't be home until the evening. I'm going Ice skating with the boys at Millennium Park." Caleb said. "From what she tells me, she'll be staying in Chicago for a while." Stella said. "Sounds like Aunt Katie's moving back to Chicago. I hope Mima is coming too." Caleb said hopefully. Then the baby monitor rang. "I'm in my room finally trying to finish my latest drawing." Caleb said. "Have fun." Kelly said, walking into the room to check on the babies and Lydia.

When Kelly checked on Caleb a few hours later, he was still at his desk, drawing. "Hey, how's it going?" Kelly asked. "Nah, I've been trying to draw the Blackhawks logo for a few days now. But I can't seem to get the feathers right." Caleb said, showing him the drawing. "I think the drawing looks great." Kelly said, kissing his head. "Did you actually want something?" Caleb asked. "Yes. The little ones have started writing their wish lists. Are you coming down too?" Kelly asked. "Er yes, why not. I can't get any further here anyway." Caleb said and the two went into the kitchen. "Kayab look." Benjamin said, proudly showing him his wish list. "Looking at your wish lists makes me feel sorry for Santa's reindeers." Caleb said, pulling a can of Coke out of the fridge. "Yeah, Santa probably needs a sleigh just with our presents." Kayla said, admiring her wish list. Caleb looked at her with raised eyebrows. "Be prepared to be broke and that doesn't even include Andrew, Julian and my wish lists." Caleb said, turning to the adults. "What time is Aunt Katie coming tomorrow?" Layla asked. "I don't know yet. She'll write to me as soon as she knows the departure time." Kelly said. "Is Mima coming too?" Benjamin asked. "I don't know, buddy." Kelly said. "My turn." Caleb said, grabbing the Christmas catalog. "Hey, not done yet." Hayden protested, crossing his arms and pouting. "You look cute when you're pouting." Caleb said, handing him the catalog back. He used to take a piece of paper and a pen and write down the things he wants for Christmas every year. "Oh man. I never know the brand of my colored pencils. I'll be right back." Caleb said and ran upstairs. "Guys, why does the guest room say Lydia's old crib?" Caleb asked coming downstairs. Kelly, Matt, Stella and Sylvie looked at each other.
