When Kelly and Matt got home from work the next morning, Caleb was just coming downstairs. "Good morning." Kelly said, softly. "Good morning." Caleb said, rubbing his eyes. "Was there anything else yesterday?" Matt asked. "I went to the shopping center with Elyas and Aiko. Both of them now have online lessons. So, we had to buy laptops for them both and I also bought them their own printers." Caleb said. "Ok. Anything else?" Kelly asked. "Oakley, Crystal and Jason were a bit restless yesterday. I think the three of them sense something's coming." Caleb said. "You don't look fit either." Kelly said. "I've got quite a headache. I think I'm noticing the change in the weather, too." Caleb said. "Then lie down again." Kelly said. "I just wanted to grab some water and a pill." Caleb said, heading into the kitchen. He got a water bottle from the fridge and a headache pill from the medicine cabinet and went back upstairs to his room. Kelly and Matt took off their jackets and shoes and put their bags on the shelf and went upstairs as well. When Kelly walked into Stella and his room, Stella was still asleep and Lydia was lying in the middle of the bed, babbling to herself. "Dadda." Lydia said, holding out her arms. Stella turned around. Kelly hugged his daughter and sat on the bed. "Good morning." Kelly said, kissing Stella. "Good morning." Stella smiled and sat up. "How was your day?" Kelly asked. "Very good. Andrew and Julian went shopping with Aiko and Elyas, and when Caleb got home, he took them back to buy laptops and other supplies." Stella said. "We know. Caleb was just coming down when we got home." Kelly said. "Is he up yet?" Stella asked, taking Lydia to her side. "He had quite a headache and just got himself a pill and water." Kelly said. "The poor. He also doesn't have a day when he's really good from morning to night." Stella said. "How are you? Caleb said the babies were pretty restless." Kelly said. "Yes, but I think they've calmed down a bit. It was probably just the change of the weather, because they feel it." Stella said. "You know what? I'm going to take a quick shower and then I'll go to bed for a bit." Kelly said, kissing her again. "We'll wait here." Stella smiled and Lydia waved after him. When Matt came into Sylvie and his room, Sylvie was already awake and watching TV while Jason was still sleeping next to her. "Hey good morning. Are you up yet?" Matt asked. "Yes, but not for long. Jason was a bit restless again." Sylvie said and gave him a kiss. "I would quickly take a shower, then I'm fully there. Then you can lie down and go back to sleep." Matt said. "You're the best." Sylvie said and kissed him again. When Matt came out of the bathroom a few minutes later, Sylvie was already asleep. He picked Jason up on his chest and sat on the bed. As the house slowly comes to life, Stella and Sylvie also got up. When Kelly checked on his eldest son, Caleb was sitting in front of his laptop with headphones on and doing his homework. Kelly patted his shoulder. "Oh man, dad. You scared me." Caleb said, taking off his headphones. "I'm sorry. How are you?" Kelly asked. "Better. The pill worked fast." Caleb said. "Glad to hear that. Listen. We would have breakfast now. Are you coming down too?" Kelly asked. "I'll be right there. I'll just finish my biology assignment and then I'll be there." Caleb said. Kelly ran his fingers through Calebs hair and left the room. "Dad, can you help me with chemistry later?" Caleb asked, making himself a bowl of Froot Loops. "Yes, of course. In your room or in the living room?" Kelly asked. "I'm coming into the living room." Caleb said. "Do you two need help with your homework, too?" Matt asked. "Not right now, but I'll come into the living room, too." Andrew said. "Me too." Julian said. "Okay, then we'll turn the living room into a classroom today. Elyas, if you need help, you can come along, too." Matt said. "Yes, I can come into the living room, too." Elyas said. "But then no one will play with us." Benjamin and Matty said, disappointed. "And what about us?" Stella asked. "Can we go outside?" Kayla asked. "No darling. It's pretty cold outside now." Sylvie said. "Can we play in the basement?" Layla asked. "We can." Stella said. "We too?" Levi asked. "Of course. After breakfast we all go down to the basement so that the older ones can study in peace." Stella said. After breakfast, the boys got their laptops and school books and set themselves up in the living room. Kelly and Matt sat with them and helped them when they had questions. Elya's class ended at 10:45. Caleb, Andrew and Julian continued until 12:00 p.m. For lunch everyone met in the kitchen and ate together. "And how far along are you with your tasks?" Sylvie asked. "Julian and I are done." Andrew said and Julian nodded. "I'm almost done too." Caleb said. "Very good. Why don't you take a break and we'll watch a movie together." Stella suggested. "You'd talk me out of it anyway, so why not." Caleb said. "Yeah. Can we watch Dumbo?' Matty asked. "Yes, Dumbo." the girls said. "Everybody agree with Dumbo?" Matt asked. The others nodded. After the kitchen was cleaned up, everyone went to the home cinema in the basement. Caleb turned on the projector, logged into his Disney+ account, and let Dumbo run.
