LAN ZHAN AND WEI YING'S ETERNAL DESTINY BOOK2

CHAPTER 7

They both wanted to protect each other but Lan Zhan saw that Wei Ying must be very stubborn since he stopped him from opening the door. They were both worried for each other, they didn't know what danger was lurking behind them and they had to be carefully. Wei Ying was already hurt and Lan Zhan wanted to protect him incase there was danger by the door, but Wei Ying couldn't let him. He had thought that maybe his injuries would be healed by Wei Ying's core transfer since it was stronger but he was wrong, it didn't heal him and this made him have many questions.

Wei Ying went to the door and looked back at Lan Zhan as if telling him to be ready for anything and he opened the door after he saw Lan Zhan nod. He stood there with the door half open and he looked back at Lan Zhan and shook his head and looked back at the door, a middle ages man was standing by the door with the food tray and Wei Ying didn't bowed to greet him. He didn't take the tray from his hands as he wondered when they might have ordered food, Lan Zhan went over to Wei Ying and stood near him and the man staggered a step back and kept looking at them back and forth. They both looked at each other wondering why the man was looking at them like that, Lan Zhan looked back at the man and asked" when did we order food?" " Oh! I..I'm so-sorry, th..the m.men who came to book- ...book this room also order...ordered food for th..the evening " the man was stuttered and Lan Zhan took the food from him and went back inside and placed the tray on the table.

Wei Ying flashed him his intoxicating smile and bowed to him again before closing the door, with the man still standing outside still dazed from what he saw. The thing was...both Lan Zhan and Wei Ying hadn't realised that when they were by themselves mortals saw them them as children with good and promising cultivation and they would one day have the strongest golden core, what they didnt know was that they already had their golden cores and the aura they emmited around them was infact the golden core which still needed to be cultivated. But Lan Zhan and Wei Ying didn't know that when they were together...their golden cores and their bond emmited great power that would make any cultivator kneel down and bow to them or make evil spirits run for their safety.

Wei Ying stood by the door looking at Lan Zhan who was now preparing bowls and tea cups for their dinner, he wondered how he was supposed to talk to Lan Zhan since he had already figured out that he was one of a few words. He went and sat down by the table and poured tea for both of them, Lan Zhan also sat down and took the tea cup and Wei Ying watched as he drank his tea elegantly and he wondered how he was able to do that at his age, he wondered that maybe he was an old soul. Right after his thoughts of Lan Zhan being an old soul, he began to feel strange, but it was not only him...Lan Zhan also felt that way as he carefully placed the
tea cup in the table and liked at Wei Ying. He found that Wei Ying was already looking at him with an uncomfortable look on his face.

He tried to stand up but he found that he couldn't , his head felt heavy and his eyes were slowly closing, the same was happening to Wei Ying and he knew he had this chance to save him. He knew he loved this boy infront of him but he couldn't show it, because during the core transfere he felt that Wei Ying was not there yet, infact...he didn't sense or feel any feeling that indicated that Wei Ying had romantic feelings for him. Only their bodies were young but their older spiritual selves were fully in action during their core transfer, that was why they felt shy and embarrassed when they saw their naked upper bodies but they didn't understand why. Lan Zhan knew he was not to ready to loose Wei Ying after he had just met him and he made a last minute decision to save him.

Wei Ying's head and upper body plunged on the table and Lan Zhan decided to transfer his spiritual energy while praying, he knew their prayers were sacred and thus making a direct connection to the Gods. He kept murmuring unheard words as his eyes closed as he knelt down and his pointy finger and middle finger pointed at Wei Ying's head while he balanced himself with the other hand. It took him five minutes to successfully heal and flush whatever that made them loose consciousness out of Wei Ying's body. When he stopped and fell down face first and Wei Ying regained consciousness and when he looked to his side he saw Lan Zhan lying there and he panicked. He was scared that something bad might have happened to Lan Zhan since he didn't have any memory of had just happened.

Wei Ying went to his side and tried to wake him out while tapping his cheeks but he was unsuccessful. He didn't know what to do until he thought of transferring his spiritual energy to Lan Zhan to heal him, but that also didn't work since the spiritual power which was currently running his golden core in his body was Lan Zhan's and it was impossible to transfere it back to him. The spiritual power had great power and it fed energy throughout the body and soul, but once it was transferred to another...it was impossible to transfere it back. The golden power rejects the power as if it was poison being excreted out of the body, but it would accept any power which was being transferred as long as it was not evil or full of resentment.
