" Don't worry Zewu Jun, I'm left handed and I saw that Lan Zhan right handed she be picked the cup of tea to drink, this means that the poison was meant for me and even if Lan Zhan drank from it he would have met with the same results as now, but...who did this? No one knows me except for the merchants around here because I begged for food from them and some if them I even helped and they would pay a silver as a thank you. " Wei Ying...what is it? Is there someone out there trying to kill you?" Wei Ying shook his head standing up and going  back and forth with his pointy finger softly brushing his nose three times with the other hand folded, he stoped and gasped. " There was someone trying to kill me several months ago, but I don't think they kept their intentions to kill me" " What! What do you mean by that? Wei Ying...who was trying to kill you? " Wei Ying told Lan Xichen everything from the time his parents met up until to that very moment, Lan Xichen was shocked at who would want to kill a child and how Wei Ying's parents were killed. It was certain for Lan Xichen that Wei Ying had not lived a good life this whole time and it seemed to him that it was not yet over since someone wanted him dead.

" Wei Ying...I think we need help keep you save, uncle will understand and I know  he doesn't question the Gods will. But...I would like you and Wanji to do something for me, could you please not tell him anything about you? Especially about you and Wanji being soulmates, I don't think he will understand the way of the Gods just yet but he will in time. I think I should go find him and also explain to him what just happened with the food." "Alright Zewu Jun, I trust you will do what's necessary for all of us. I don't have any doubts that you would do otherwise." Wei Ying finished with a smile and a nod to Lan Xichen whose heart felt like it was about to tighten with the excitement hee was feeling. He was being praised by Wei Ying, the chosen one...it meant a lot to him since he had never been praised before not by his parents who he didn't live with as they were protecting his brother or by his uncle who was always strict

Lan Qiren never gave himself time to praise his nephews, instead he kept pushing them to do better than they have done. Always telling them to do their school work and practice their skills so that they would not have a difficult time when they're old enough to start cultivation. He became so flushed and he turned back and walked to the door, then stopped as he was about to open it. " Wei Ying...don't go anywhere, please stay here with Wanji and look after him for me and I will be back after I've talked to uncle. Is that okay with you?" " Zewu Jun...Lan Zhan is my soulmate, and to be frank...you were the one looking after him for me. Do you think I would go and leave him here alone? I just got him...why would I want to stay away from him? " Wei Ying had a smirk on his face while saying that and with his voice as deep as a grown up that even Zewu Jun gasped and kept his mouth open for a while trying to register what had just been said.

He thought to himself that Wei Ying is really a show off and possessive, he was Lan Zhan's brother and yet he was being warned as if he was the love rival. He shook his head while he chuckled a little, he didn't answer, he opened the door and headed out to meet his uncle. Wei Ying went to Lan Zhan's side after Lan Xichen had left and sat by the side of the bed, he held Lan Zhan's hand and leaned in closer and brought his face close to Lan Zhan's. Breathing in his sandlewood scent on his neck while carefully trying not to touch him, he felt intoxicated and unbelievably calm after inhaling Lan Zhan's scent that he lost control and laid on the bed beside him while looking at Lan Zhan's closed eyes while he was sleeping peacefully. He thought to himself how good looking, elegant and  how clean he was. This made Wei Ying's lips tremble as his older spiritual energy was busy swallowing hard.

Both him and Lan Zhan could transform into their older spiritual selves since it was awakened by the golden core bond, they could choose which they could choose between their selves which were children or older  anytime anywhere without using too much effort, their minds were in control of their bodies and because they share everything in a tiny child's body it was difficult to suppress the feelings of the older since he was already attracted to Wei Ying. He was the one who would call the shots of his body and not his older self which had to wait till he was older to take complete control of his body. Atleast that was what was supposed to happen but...Wei Ying's body felt strange, he felt tingling sensation in his body which he didn't know what was, his hand going closer to Lan Zhan's face to caress his soft pale cheek and stopped midway.

He felt another kind of sensation in his lower region  which urged him to do more than what he was trying to do. His breathing hitched and carefully studying Lan Zhan's face and neck, his hand slowly got closer to his shoulder until he touched the collar of Lan Zhan's robes. He slowly opened it to expose his collar bone and chest while gulping a lump and sweating. His head moved even  closer to Lan Zhan's until his lips touched his as the brushed against Lan Zhan's soft sweet lips and licked them with his tongue tip. His breathing became uncontrollable and the sensation on his little master was down there playing drums as it pulsated. He reached down to touch his little master and the what he felt after touching himself even a little released a moan which released a warm breath against Lan Zhan's neck.

His eyes never left Lan Zhan's face and soon he felt an overwhelming feeling which was a sign that he was about to release whatever he had accumulated. But right before be could, a hand reached out and grabbed his hand which was touching his little master with and he froze while still feeling hot and he was about to gasp, a moan left him throat instead when he finally opened his eyes to see who it was.
