This is a continuation of Eternal Destiny book1, this story will pick up from the last chapter on Book 1 and nothing will change. I will start from the end of the last chapter in book1 and I will still update twice a day or maybe 3 times and nothing...
Lan Xichen finished his gifting ceremony and he had also gotten a sword from the ancestors, the sword's spirit had been passed down from clan leader to clan leader and it's history was know to be kind but deadly. It was an ancestral sword and it suited him very well because of it's history. His temperament communes with the sword was like the ocean and the salt in it, and it didn't like to shed blood just like it's owner. The Gusu Lan clan history of leaders were like that, they never liked to shed blood, to had good hearts, good ears to listen and not judge and also not to they had a good way if bringing peace to everyone.
It was Lan Zhan's turn and when he finished his sword fight everyone was awe struck, his moves, his defenses and his strikes were perfect that everyone was left stunned for a minute or so. When he finished it was like they were waiting to see more, but Lan Zhan being Lan Zhan...didn't like to show off. The gifting ceremony started and his first gift was his sword, he was gifted a sword first, that might be because of his level of cultivation he obtained at such a young age, or because he was to use that sword his whole life. When the yellow light came towards him, it was followed by a bright blue light and the bright blue light was accompanied by a green light. Yes ..the same green light which always came along with other spirits but never spoke.

Everyone in the hall gasped seeing what was happening before them, in the history of the Lan clan gifting ceremony there was always one yellow light which came forward to gift a desciple and not two. But Lan Zhan had three lights, three spirits coming forward to gift him. The hall was silent and only gasps were heard here and there as everyone looked at the three spirits that were present. Lan Zhan did things different, it was like he was communicating back and forth with the sports because instead of kneeling down, he was standing. And the shocking part was it looked like all the spirits were bowing down to him, the yellow spirit light was the oldest Lan spirit and he was known to be a powerful cultivator whom no one could outmatch.
Lan Zhan held out his hands and held the sword in his hands, it had a different and powerful aura and even Lan Zhan felt it and everyone saw it. It's spirit was very powerful and if Lan Zhan was not also powerful, then he would have collapsed the second he held the sword. It's powers was too great that even in his hands it still glowed bright red. When it was time to bond his spirit with the sword the blue became too bright and even everyone covered they eyes for their eyes comfort. It was dark when it was Lan Zhan's turn since there were so many if them who had to graduate that year. Usually the ceremony would hold for atleast three hours but not that day,but they were prepared for it.
