LAN ZHAN AND WEI YING'S ETERNAL DESTINY BOOK2

CHAPTER 11

His eyes never left Lan Zhan's face and soon he felt an overwhelming feeling which was a sign that he was about to release whatever he had accumulated. But right before he could, a hand reached out and grabbed his hand which he was touching his little master with and he froze while still feeling hot and he was about to gasp, a moan left his throat instead when he finally opened his eyes to see who it was.

His breath hitched when he saw Lan Zhan staring right at him, they just stared at each other with so many emotions running through their minds. Wei Ying blinked a couple of times as he was trying to make sense of what was happening, he felt confused  y the way Lan Zhan was staying at him with a blank expression. He expected him to scold, to hit him or do something, but he never did. He saw that his eyes held something unspoken, like something was about to erupt from him that he was trying so hard to contain and the hand which had grabbed his felt really hot. It was indeed hot in the room, but the heat was from what was happening at the time.

Lan Zhan was indeed sleeping all this time until Wei Ying breathed hit breaths on his neck, it gave him an unexpected feeling and he wasn't sure if he should pretend to sleep or  let him know he was awake. He felt Wei Ying's every movement behind him touching his lower region and he knew things were about to get out of hand. He wanted to to turn around and do whatever Wei Ying were doing, his spiritual self was out of control yearning for his soulmate and he was trying with all his might not to give in total control. He reached down and felt his Lan master and his body melted giving in to the feelings that overtook him whole and his spiritual self rejoiced for the freedom it was given. He felt his collar and found that it was open, he reached out his hand about to touch Wei Ying to when something in his mind ticked.

He remembered and be wished he did not, he remembered that during the core transfere he felt Wei Ying holding back his feelings for him, he remembered how he felt and heard Wei Ying's thoughts as his mind told him ' I can't love him, I can't be inlove with a man, especially a man like him. It's impossible, there must be a mistake. They cannot expect a man like him to–'  Lan Zhan forced himself to tap out of his mind temporarily refusing to hear the rest of the words that made his heart crack as he felt it tear just an inch and he didn't want his tiny but strong heart to suffer like that. He indeed loved Wei Ying the moment he saw him, he couldn't understand why he had such a huge amount of love at that age even though his older spiritual self had took over and living in him as one.

But what both if ten didn't know was that the bond of the soulmate was stronger than anything, not even age, or gender nor pain can break it. If it was meant to be then no one and nothing can come in between. The Gods were not even responsible in that part, they just made them soulmates but the bond which was between them, for each other was created by them. Their eyes had seen and their hearts had felt each other and it had nothing to do with the Gods. They were watching and monitoring everything but what they cannot do is come in between the matters of the hearts, the heart is a very complicated organ and because of the blood that it pumps continuously in and out of it, it was not impossible to flush the amount of love it had for that someone. If it doesn't then it means that person resides in it, nothing can take it out unless it want to.

One can say something and the brain will process it and send information to the heart but whatever the heart does with that information is entirely up to the heart. So...even if Lan Zhan heard Wei Ying's rejection he couldn't flush him out. The heart had already secured that space for him, but he didn't realise that the space that was filled with his love for Wei Ying was not a tiny part, it filled a large part in his heart that even his heart became selfish and refused to decrease that space for anything else or someone else. So at that exact moment she he was about to give in, he remembered that then suddenly grabbed Wei Ying's hand to make him stop. He didn't know what could have happened if he didn't because he was sure that his heart was selfish enough to control his body and mind making him do extreme things to Wei Ying. He didn't want that. He didn't want to force Wei Ying to live him back.

The least he could do is to set him free and the Gods will come up with a new plan for them to work together to save the mortal realm. " Wei Ying...I think that's enough, don't do anything you will regret afterwards" " Lan Zhan...what do you mean by that? What I do is solemnly my decision and I..I th..thought you l..lo..loved m..me" Wei Ying was confused and heartbroken by what Lan Zhan had done an said. He thought Lan Zhan loved him more than anything, he also felt it during their core bond but what Lan Zhan was doing at this instant made his heart ache, his thoughts ran in and out of his mind and he couldn't grasp any of them as he kept on thinking what could make Lan Zhan change his mind about him just like that. He refused to wait for an answer which Lan Zhan wasn't even planning to give and he stood up and fixed his dirty and torn robes in silence and went to sit in a corner closed his eyes and took several deep breaths to calm his mind and throbbing heart down and finally started his meditation.
