Grind.
____________________________It was quiet today, he could hear the birds chipping over and over again, the sun shining through the window, and the green scenery from outside looked quite gorgeous compared to the winter times. Even with the outgrown grass and poorly taken care of garden, it was still pretty. So Jeonging couldn't help but to sit at the edge of the window, looking out at the surroundings through the curtains. He could see the road he had ran off on in the past, remembering how the concrete burned beneath his feet despite it being relatively cold outside that day. It brought back memories he didn't like, and he wanted to avoid the thought of it at all times. He has been treated quite nicely for the past period of time. And he couldn't call himself sick any longer. Of course that made fear build up inside of him, realizing that he had to give himself away to the two of them eventually quite soon. Despite having build up the courage to do so over the time being, he was still a bit hesitant. He didn't know if it would be a good idea, but he concluded that it would be better to consent to it, instead of not doing so at all. He had to loosen up quick before anyone would come home.
Since he was no longer extremely sick, he was still a bit weak from the side effects of being ill. Yet he recovered quite slowly, but now, he was fine..fine enough for the two men to feel comfortable leaving the house with him being left behind.
Shockingly enough for him, he had access to the whole house. It felt like he was being tested. He didn't plan on running away anyways..he wouldn't make such a mistake again. No matter how much he missed his old life, his family, his job. He knew that he couldn't possibly get any of that back again..atleast not in the same way. He wanted to know how Jane was doing, how Chaewon was doing aswell. He wondered how his family was doing. He wondered how the cafè worked out. He wanted to ask if he could potentially look around Busan again, just from the car, to look at the streets, the cafè, he wanted to see a lot of stuff. But he was better off not requesting anything..he would only anger the men further..and he didn't want that.
He was quite satisfied with the way he was treated right now. How he was fed quite regularly, how he was cuddled and kissed softly. It wasn't worth being bratty and ask ridiculous questions. He knew it wasn't worth it.
So in conclusion. There wouldn't be a way to run away, even if he had the whole opportunity to do so now, he had lost all form of sanity to even being brave enough to step foot outside this room. Yet he did have to pee time to time. He also knew the kitchen was open for him to look through, incase he got hungry or needed a snack. He also concluded to dismiss most of the thoughts about home..it wasn't worth thinking about it anymore after 2 years of being held captive in this house, and unfortunately for him, he just had to develope annoying feelings for the men. There was a lot that prevented him from running away. Fear, inconsistency, loyalty..etc.
"Jeongin" a knock on the door definitely surprised him, as it opened revealing Chan who stood in the door way, looking back at him as he immediately frowned. "What are you doing by the window?" Chan sounded rather defensive, walking up beside the boy who shifted his attention back outside the window.
"The view is just pretty today.." he mumbled, fascinated by the sunny weather and the vivid colors radiating offnof plants and flowers. He loved summer..it reminded him of good summers.
"It's indeed something...Seungmin is out today, I was wondering if you wanted to spend some time together" at the request, Jeongin couldn't help but to turn his head in confusion, wondering if he heard correctly.
"Why?" He asked, taken a bit back by the sudden confession of ideas.
"You don't want too? I was just trying to be nice..now that you didn't run away when the two of us were gone" Chan smiled.
Jeongin looked at the smile on Chan's face, finding it quite beautiful. Chan looked so much different when he smiled than when he didn't. He just looked so angry all the time, seeing Chan happy or atleast smiling it made him feel like he had accomplished something.
"I..didn't mean to reject you, I was just wondering why you suddenly asked me that...it doesn't usually happen" he explained, shifting his whole attention towards Chan, his back now facing the window with a slight smile on his face.
Chan moved between his legs a hand beneath his Chin, looking at him with an amused gaze.
"Remember when I told you we wanted to treat you just right, when you behaved?" Chan asked, his thumbs gracing over his dry lips, then his chin, proceeding to caress his whole face. "Well..you have been behaving for a long time, and me a Seungmin are starting to really trust you..so I wanted to treat you something, just to praise you for being a good boy, listening so well to us..you like that, right?" Chan smiled again, letting the younger wrap his legs around hid body, bringing him closer into a hug.
It felt nice. Being praised without being degraded at the same time, Jeongin loved that. He really actually appreciated it. He felt happy and calm, like he was in the right place. The kind treatment, he feared that it would be taken away from him. Yet he had barely anything to lose. So he didn't want his expectations to skyrock, just for them to crash.
"Thank you Chan...I'm sorry for the mess I've caused..I didn't mean to hurt anyone" he sobbed a bit, he was quite emotional after the praise..he couldn't help it.
"I'm just glad you accept being put in your place when you have to be told off. But today I want to praise you, myself...so I bought some snacks, some you might have been missing out on?" Chan chuckled as Jeongin's face lit up.
Honestly..Chan has been wanting to spoil the younger for a long time, he knew that Jeongin was working his ass off to satisfy them. It was just amusing to watch. He knew their abuse and manipulation has had the right effects on the boy, and they were closer to receive what they wanted from him, so he could be perfectly theirs forever. He loved watching the fear in the boy's face when he stepped outside the house or even the assigned rooms he was in. He loved seeing him cry in pain as a punishment of how hurt they have gotten because of him. In Chan's opinion, he and Seungmin had the rights to fuck up the boy so much to the point he begged and cried for them to stop. But now that Jeongin has been careful, behaving, responsible for his actions. He deserved the praise he has worked in getting for 2 years now.
"I..know my place..I really do..I'm sorry for causing mistrust".
And for Jeongin? He just wanted the love he had for them to be showed to him. He wanted to feel the close and he loved the kisses he received. He wanted to hold them close to his heart. He was a sucker for the two of them, letting them pull his strings apart as if he was a puppet. He really appreciated the praise.
"Aren't you becoming perfect..you look so adorable, I want to eat you up like apple pie" Chan whispered in his ear, a shiver running down Jeongin's spine. "Let's make today a good day".
Jeongin smiled in response, letting Chan carry him downstairs with ease, putting him on the couch and handing him a blanket. He felt so thankful, so happy..it felt like a dream..why was he being treated so nicely..he knew he has been a good boy, but there must be something else behind it.
"Thank you Channie..".
