Chapter 24 (Hangover)

Gons POV*

I woke up to my head pounding. I groan sitting up holding my aching head. The light from the window hurting my eyes. Memories from last night came flooding back, at least the ones I remember. I drank for the first time and probably went a little over board. It was fun but I'm not exactly liking the hang over feeling.

I stand up on my foot when nausea came over me. I put my hand over my mouth and spring to the bathroom. I left the toilet seat up and throw up everything in my stomach. I dry heave a couple times and then lay on the cold bathroom floor.

"Gon?" I hear Killua worry opening the bathroom door.

"Jesus." He said coming over to me.

I whimper and flinch as he put his hand on my arm.

"I'm gonna get you some water and some medicine. Stay here don't move." He said like I even could, he got up and walking out of the bathroom.

My stomach cramped, I sat up to throw up in the toilet again. Tears streamed down my face. I hate throwing up.

"Here Gon." Killua past me a cup of water and some pain relievers.

My body shook, I was so weak I could barely hold the cup up. He crouched down next to me and rubbed my back. and I looked over at him. His face fell looking at my teary eyes. He used his thumb and wiped them away.

"I'm gonna make you something light to eat okay?"

"I don't think i can e-eat, I don't feel good..." I whine.

"I know, but you don't have anything in your stomach and you need to eat. I'll make you a peanut butter sandwich. Sit here as long as you need." He smiles leaving the bathroom.

After a couple minutes I gather myself up. I brush my teeth getting the vomit taste out of my mouth. I rinse my face off and dry it with a towel right as Killua walked in with a sandwich. He's so sweet....

"Thank you Kil." I smile grabbing the paper plate giving him a quick peck on the cheek which made him jump with surprise.

"No problem." He blushed holding the cheek I just had my lips on.

I walk over to the bed and plop down. I took a bit of the sandwich, trying to keep from gagging. Nothing sounded good but Killua is right I need to eat something. I took a sip of water to wash it down.

"I'll message Kurapika and Leorio that we will go over to their room in a bit. You should relax for the time being."

"Mm, how are you feeling Kil?" I asked concerned.

"I'm fine, I took some pain relief for my headache. My stomach is okay though." He smiled at me.

He then pulled out his phone from his pocket to text pika or Leorio.

Killuas POV*

I pull my phone out to send a message to Leorio.

Me: Hey, are you guys up?"

Leorio: yeah we're up, pika is just barely. I think it's gonna take him a few minutes.

Me: that's fine Gon has a nasty hang over so I want him to rest for a bit before we come over to talk about what we want to do next.

Leorio: awww look at you caring about Gon! ;)

Me: Baka, we are friends...

Leorio: I know, but I feel like you want to be more. I see the way you look at him and you said yesterday you find him attractive. I think he feels the same but he's still a little confused about his feelings.

Killua: On that note how was it after we left? You know after the whole kiss thing ;)

Leorio: ahhh yeahhhh. You're quite the ass for that, but you kinda helped me confess that I have feelings for him....

Killua: WHAT!? WHAT DID HE SAY!?

Leorio: he kissed me and told me he had feelings for me too simply put...

Killua: HAHA I KNEW IT! YOUR WELCOMEEEEEE XD

Leorio: yeah yeah. We will see you in a bit, give us an hour.

Killua: sounds good.

"Alright, we are gonna go over there in an hour. We are gonna explain everything about what we found out about nen and look at the hunter website to find someone to teach us."

Gon simply nods, "I'm gonna take a quick shower."

"Mm."

Kurapika's POV*

I barely woke up to the sounds of Leorio making some coffee. I smile remembering the night before. He has feelings for me....

"Morning sunshine." He smiles at me walking over to hand me a cup of coffee.

He kissed my forehead, "How are you feeling?" He asked sweetly.

"Mm, I'm good, little headache but nothing caffeine can't fix."

"Okay. I just finished texting Killua, they will be over in an hour or so. Gon apparently had a nasty hang over and threw up." Leorio told me.

"Aww poor Gon. You probably shouldn't have convinced him to have that second shot of tequila." I giggled sipping my hot coffee.

"Yeah Killua is taking good care of him though," He smirks, "But yeah that wasn't smart of me but in my defense I was drunk too." He shrugged.

"Okay then I'll make sure no one listens to you when you try to convince someone to drink more." I laugh at him.

"Your no fun!"

"I am plenty of fun." I wink at him.

"Stopppp!" His face turns bright red.

"Well take your time getting up, I'm gonna set up the laptop." 

I continued to sip my coffee smirking at how I made him flustered. I grabbed my book from the side table and read a chapter. After I picked up my phone and started scrolling through the news.

"Hey Leo, there's a festival going on downtown tomorrow, do you want to go?" I ask with pleading eyes.

"Sure! I was wanting to take you on a date." He winked at me.

I blushed.

"We can invite Killua and Gon too, I bet they would enjoy it!" He spoke.
