As Ash runs toward route 22, his phone starts going off,
Rotom: You have a call from "Mom"
Ash answers the call.
Delia: Ash, I forgot to mention, the academy requires a uniform, and you forgot it back home.
Ash: Okay mom, I'll come back.
Ash ends the call and sighs
Ash: Well Pikachu, we're proably gonna miss the bus, wait a minute, I got an idea! Lets go get my uniform buddy
Pikachu: Pika Pi!
Ash starts running back the way he came.
A couple mintues later, on route 22, three girls are seen sitting at the bus stop, with one girl sat away from the other two, but then they all look up when the hear a cry.
Here comes Ash, in his new uniform, riding Pidgeot to the bus stop, Pidgeot lands as Ash and Pikachu get off.
Ash: Thanks Pidgeot.
Ash returns Pidgeot back into her Pokeball
Ash: Excuse me, did I miss the bus to The Indigo Academy?
Girl 1: No, it hasn't arrived yet.
Ash: Great, thank you.
Ash notices the girl sitting by herself, he can't help but sit next to her, and start a conversation.
Ash: Say, I haven't seen you around these parts, you from out of town?
Liko: O-oh! Uh, yeah I'm new to Kanto....
Ash: Well, welcome! Hope you like it here!
Liko: Um, thanks, I hope I make some friends here...
Ash: Well, you just did, I'm Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town, and this is my partner Pikachu.
Pikachu: Pika!
Ash holds his hand out for Liko to shake, and she does after nervously staying still for a bit.
Ash: So, where you from?
Liko: I-I'm from Paldea.
Ash: Paldea? I've never been there before, I should go there sometime.
Soon, the bus evenually arrives, and Ash sits next to Liko, and he constantly points out each Pokemon he sees through the window,
Liko: You seem to really like Pokemon.
Ash: Yep, it's my goal to befriend every one of them!
Pikachu: Pikachu!
Liko: Well, I hope you reach your goal.
Ash: Thanks, and what's your goal?
Liko: I don't know.
Ash: Don't worry, you'll find it one day!
Piakchu: Pika! Pika!
When the bus was near The Indigo Academy, Ash had an idea,
Ash: Hey, Liko, do you have a phone?
Liko: Yeah, why?
Ash: Let's exchange numbers! Friends always keep in contact!
Pikachu: Pika Pi!
Liko: Um, okay.
Ash and Liko switch phones and put each others numbers in, then switch back.
The bus then arrives at The Indigo Academy, Ash and Liko walk in the same direction at first, then Ash is stopped by a worker.
