The children wander to the main deck, finding Friede and Diana talking nearby. "So, where you headed next?" Diana asked.
"We're gonna be heading back to Paldea," Friede explained. "There's been ancient records of Terapagos sightings there and I'm pretty sure Terapgos has something to do with the Terastal phenomenon."
Diana nodded, "If that's the case, drop me off at the next port."
"Woah, Liko, your grandma's leaving?" Roy asked.
"She's always like this." Liko reassured, "I'm used to it."
"Hey, why don't we throw Liko's grandma a goodbye party?" Ash suggested, "To say thank you for all the ways she helped us out."
Liko nodded, "I'll get Dot to help out!"
By sunset, Diana opens the door to the meeting room only to be met with darkness. The lights turn on to reveal everyone standing in the room with cake and tea. "SURPRISE!"
Diana chuckles and joins in on the festivites, having cake that Murdock baked and having tea made by Sinistea and Polteageist. Dot presents Diana with a video montage of all the memories they had made while Diana was traveling with them. From their escape from the Explorers from her castle, to making curry in Galar's Wild Area, when they went against Tepen, and the training double battle of Liko & Roy vs. Ash & Diana.
"Thanks for everything, Grandma." Liko smiled.
Diana smiled back, fighting back the tears in her eyes, "Anything for my girl." she hugs Liko tightly before turning her attention to everyone else, "And thank you everyone, for this wonderful party."
Meanwhile, Team Rocket's hot-air balloon hovers above the Explorers base, having found the location thanks to the tracking device Meowth attached to Amethio. They spot a large window in the center of the roof and watch Amethio and Hamber battle, seeing Ceruledge fall to Dusknoir. Hamber hands Amethio a Tera Orb, catching the eye of the criminal trio.
"We gotta get one of those." James mused.
Jessie carelessly grabbed Meowth, "You're smart enough, and you're less likely to get caught. Get in there."
"Whaddya mean by that-" Meowth asked before Jessie opened the corner of window and chucked Meowth inside. Meowth snuck around the building, finding a room full of Tera Orbs. Meowth grabs one and escapes out of the window of the room, where Team Rocket's Balloon is waiting. Team Rocket fly off into the sky, ready to strike the twerps once again with the power of Terastallization.
Diana waves as the Brave Olivine flies away from the port. Liko waving at her grandma from the wing deck as she leaves her view. The Rising Volt Tacklers gather in the battlefield and do their usual handshake, a silent vow that they'll find the remaining Six Heroes, regain Terapagos' power and find Laqua.
